The only reason I gave them stars at all is because of Brittney (I think that’s her name). She’s always extremely helpful and super sweet. Other than that I cannot stand this location.
I was there yesterday and saw a dead baby roach on the table I went in again this morning and saw the same dead baby roach on the table (meaning they didn’t clean any tables from yesterday to today). They closed their lobby because of flooding in their bathrooms and instead of having a clear unobstructed sign the manager was back there yell about how she “couldn’t have people in there”.
My food always takes 10-30 minutes to get to me and it’s almost always messed up. Like today I ordered the same breakfast sandwiches I get whenever I go in the morning and instead of a round egg they put a folded egg on it. I order what I order because I don’t like the folded eggs. And instead of asking me if they could give me something different they packed it up in a bag and told me I couldn’t be in there. Mind you they didn’t say anything about giving me something I didn’t purchase.
Almost everyone managers included have horrible attitudes until the big bosses are there. They argue with customers and all. Costumer service training needs to be had there. If they hate their jobs they need to act like it’s the best place on earth until they go home.

I visited the McDonald’s at 2632 GA-155 S, Locust Grove, GA 30248 on July 29th, 2025. Nicole, the manager on duty, took superb care of me and I truly wanted to reach out to corporate to recognize her excellent service.
Everybody had been hooting and hollering about the new snack wraps and I wanted to try it out last night. The product I received had no ranch and was cold. I went inside about it and Nicole met me with a smile saying no worries I will redo this myself!
I was blown away by her patience, customer service and understanding. Though $10 isn’t much, it is in today’s economy and she made me feel valued as a customer. My meal was fresh and I truly appreciate her hospitality. Give this woman a raise! She’s raising the stock price with her service.

These uber orders just be sittin there in the back and we be waiting for nothing. Nobody greets you when yoy walk in nor ask if you need help or anything!! Me and another gentleman been here 15 minutes waiting on uber orders sitting right behind the counter nobody has asked us anything nor helped at all. Instead you got half the workers outside talkin, smoking, and offering free coffee to their family members. But cant work the counter nor greet people

Terrible! They could care less about the mobile pick up orders. They will have you waiting for 20+ minutes which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. The last two times I did mobile orders I had to go inside because I was sitting waiting for 20+ minutes. The yt lady manager is so unorganized and sloppy. She looks confused half the time and runs around like a chicken with their head cut off. Just totally aimless and clueless.

They played me so bad. I ordered a McCrispy meal but instead of telling me they were out of McCrispy patties they played me like I was dumb and gave me a McChicken patty and still made me pay full price. Instantly ruined my lunch cause I was craving the McCrispy not that dry ass McChicken.
