They played me so bad. I ordered a McCrispy meal but instead of telling me they were out of McCrispy patties they played me like I was dumb and gave me a McChicken patty and still made me pay full price. Instantly ruined my lunch cause I was craving the McCrispy not that dry ass McChicken.

It's been a long time since I've been in a McDonald's and had good customer service. It seems like noone wants to be there and I'm in their way. They'd rather hangout and cut up with each other. It's becoming the norm at every location. Makes the food taste even worse.

My significant other and I went in for a morning coffee run. I ordered a large caramel frappe, unfortunately something was wrong but instead of brushing off my order Lillian communicated That it wouldn’t be exactly the caramel frappe that I’m used to and they will get it as close as possible. The overall rating for making a handmade caramel frappe is definitely a 10 out of 10 in my book. It was very soft and delicate.
