I was traveling through, South on the interstate, and thought it would be convenient to stop at McDonald's. The seating area was clean and presentable, there was no odd smell. One young man was busy cleaning the public areas. The food was great but there were no napkins or straws, how hard is it to keep that in stock? The men's room was disgusting. How hard is it to keep that clean? Only McDonald's would know.

Horrendous service. I’ve had a ton of bad experiences at a McDonald’s, which is somewhat to be expected… however, this location tops them all. Horrible attitudes, horrible management, service and food quality even worse.. wow

Ok look, today was not my first bad experience here but I’ve let it slide. I keep making the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt but no more…this ended up being 45 minutes of wasted time and I just got a refund. Why because when I did get the food it was cold hard bun and not what I ordered. I like McDonald’s it this one need new managers and staff.

I felt the need to write a review on this McDonald's because it was the best McDonald's we've been to in ages. The workers were courteous, and kind. The food was excellent and the service was quick. We are breakfast on August 21, 2025. Great job.

I went through the drive-thru and was told only McCrispys and Big Macs were available. I ordered one of each. I received the food also waited at the window for 10 minutes to be ready so we didn’t leave till around 12:55 AM and headed home. While eating with my uncle, he took a bite of the McCrispy and immediately noticed it was completely raw and uncooked on the inside—only the outer breading had been somewhat fried. This was extremely alarming, as undercooked chicken poses a serious risk for salmonella and other foodborne illnesses.
I immediately returned to the restaurant with the sandwich. The person I believe to be the night shift manager barely looked at it, stated, “It’s raw,” threw it in the trash, and casually asked if I wanted to wait six minutes for nuggets. I declined and asked for a refund, but she told me the registers were already turned off since they were closing at 1 AM.
There was no apology, no concern, and no acknowledgment of the seriousness of what just happened. My uncle could have gotten seriously sick or worse had we not noticed in time.
I am extremely disappointed by both the food safety failure and the lack of appropriate customer service or accountability from the staff. This situation needs to be addressed seriously, not only with a proper refund but with retraining for food safety and customer service.
Please let me know how this will be handled. I am going to be reporting this incident to the local health department due to the risk involved and the negligence of this situation!!!

Not the ideal location to get your food going to Atlanta, the drive through it I open but been waiting for 30 minutes for a large sweet tea in a large french fry. Play Sweet tea is not sweet, in the french fries were bland. I would ask for my $5 back because no of it was worth $5.
