The staff here is always nice but the manager who works Saturday mornings is just the best. She always goes way above and beyond to make any problems right. I don't know her name but i hope they are aware of what an awesome employee they have on their hands.

This location is hit or miss when it comes to food quality and service. It seems that the dip occurs in the evenings. I've known this location was bad for quite some time but was hungry and hoping this would be a decent visit. Its 12/23 and currently 11:45pm. I ordered and paid at 11:18pm. They did the classic, pull to the parking spot maneuver. My recommendation is to NOT come here. There are plenty of other options for fast food.

Worst experience here.. I Wwent threw the drive thru, told them my order and it was wrong on the screen, it took 5 mims just for them to fix it.. I order two different meals and a frappe. Then I get to the window got my drinks and was told to got to spot 5.. I waited 15-20 mins and went inside. They didnt even have my order anymore, gave them my receipt, took talking to 3 different people, the first two no help, 10 mins later the 3rd person helped and got me my order on 2 mins. I don't know why a burger and two snack wrap meals took over 20 mins to get.. ooh and I asked for sweet tea, got home took a sip.. it was in fact not sweet.

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Took 45 minutes for a chicken and fries and the service is horrible. Please don’t come here if you want your food.

This McDonalds seriously needs to be shut down. I sat in line for over 20 mins at the first speaker. Then when I got to order mine I had to repeat it over 4 times. Seriously needs a revamp!

After waiting 25 minutes for my order I asked for my money back the manager refused and finally made my order, wrong. When I again asked for my money back and explained that the drink was wrong he again refused. Now I’m stuck with food I don’t want and a coffee that is absolutely disgusting.

Just now went through the drive through, I watched my order sit in the window for 5 minutes , employees standing there looking at their hair and checking their makeup ( not busy at all) finally someone came to the window and handed me my order. I was polite btw, after I checked y bag at home there were no condiments that I specifically asked for , it’s just insane at how people get paid for this.

Hands down the best drive thru I have experienced in recent memory. FAST! FRIENDLY! ACCURATE!
The customer service here is obviously important to the management and owner.

This is the worst McDonald's in the history of McDonald's. The food always takes forever and my son likes his burger plan. No matter how many times I tell them it always comes out with everything I asked not to be on it. Our family has banned this McDonald's for these reasons.
