Mesquite Mexican Grill and Bar

It was horrible!, the food was horrible drinks were 3.25 js for it to be horrible. Our server Angelica was horrible.. she rushed us , and most of the time the entire staff stood at the front of the store talking . We didnt tip uer because she barely served us and when i had a question it was “its on the menu” so when we left she caught us getting in the car and said “thanks for the tip” knowing we didnt tip her .. she didnt even take the card another server did.. i had my mom call the manager and HE was rude he said his name was “Fredo” we asked for the corporate he said no corporate that he owned the restaurant than a minute later told us his boss is there mon-Tues after my mom said the call was recorded. He repeatedly told my mom was rude and Angelica was amazing and they had great service.. i do not recommend ..now i know why they are always so slow.

Mexican food is my favorite type of food but this place isn’t good. The food is mid and the service is terrible. They rush you to order, they stare at you while you’re eating like right in your eyes and they treat people like me terribly. I’m a great tipper even on a $10-$15 meal with very little care I tip half of my food price. I’ve stopped going here mostly because the food was gross but I can’t stand the servers here 🤷🏾‍♀️.

So I got fajitas for to looked like it was for 2 manger was very nice and made sure we had chip and dip as soon as we were out but we got desert and supposed to come with ice cream and it didn't and they the didny say anything we had to ask where's ice cream? And she said, oh we don't have anymore, but she could have said that in the first place, and then also didn't give us any off of dessert.

I placed a to go order for a family of four with four complete meals. They only included one small bag of chips and one tiny individual serving size container of salsa. They told me they only include one serving of salsa and chips with each order no matter how many meals are in the order. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again.

I've been here a couple of times, and the folks here are friendly and willing to work around some dietary issues one person in our group had. The food is tasty, and they have a good variety. They even have a salmon filet served with mashed potatoes.
The atmosphere is typical shopping center Mexican, but they're in a really good location and convenient to quite a few of my family members. Of course, your mileage, as they say, may vary.

Manager on staff today was very rude. The condensation from the pipes in the ceiling are leaking. I expressed to him about the leak and how it was leaking into the food from the ceiling. I only wanted to inform him. I had already paid my bill and wanted him to know not to sit anyone at that table due to the condensation leak at the roof. He was very rude to me and my mother in law. He told us to just leave and I let him know that I would never come there ever again. He is very lucky it was just the ladies out because the way he pointed and yelled at us could have caused some serious drama. I do not recommend this place at all. This explains why it’s always empty in here. This young manager thinks he owns the okay e but is just a worker with a red shirt. If this owner of this establishment keeps him around , this business will probably be on the news for discrimination and other reasons. If the ceiling is leaking from condensation, what else is leaking or getting into the food. He was a nasty manager and rude to my mother in law as well. He needs to learn not to yell at customers, especially ones who are paying customers. Bottom line, this dude needs to be fired, this was not professional.

Ordered a chicken taco salad. Got beef instead. Charged .50 to go fee. The salad tasted old and the bottom was wet. Tried to call 3 times. They would not answer phone. That's it for me. No more take out from them for me. I work too hard for my money to be sold trash. I had to throw it away.

At the end of the day, nothing was good, the food was very overpriced, not authentic and they want to overcharge for everything that they bring you, I paid $46 plus tip bad service

Just had the WORST experience. So tonight I sat down and ordered my food and was enjoying my beverage when the waitress came to my table and asked if I had cash to pay for my meal as the machine just went down. I told her I did not have cash and she went to the manager for guidance. She came back and told me the manager said he would take whatever cash I had. I showed her my wallet which had NO cash and she stated there was nothing they could do. I asked I could finish my beverage ( as I'm sure they were going to throw it out) she said no, quickly grabbed the drink and left. Yes she did offer her apologies ...but this could have definitely been handled a better way.wil most likely be my last visit to this location.

We truly enjoyed our dining experience. We had stopped coming for a while due to a decline in the food and service. We decided to give it another try and are glad we did. Our server Marisol, was super attentive and took really good care of us. She is fantastic.
