Moe's Southwest Grill

We chose Moe’s because it was less busy on Sunday afternoon than everywhere else. It was quick, but the food was terrible. The drink machine was out of more than half the drinks, and the drinks that they did have did not have carbonation. There were people yelling back and forth across the restaurant. Over all just not a great experience.

Front of the house was a WRECK. Chips & food on floor, trash on tables, salsa bar looked sad and unattended to, no tea, messes on every surface, steak/rice/beans all barely even warm. The staff were clearly in the weeds and struggling but still super nice but app wouldn’t use my rewards/promos. It was a frustrating trip to say the least.

I love Moe’s. This location is the absolute worst I’ve ever visited. I thought my first visit was just an “off” day, but I was wrong. I went back in-between school events for another visit, and it was even worse. I should have known when I wasn’t greeted at all when I entered. No customers were in the store besides me. The place was filthy. Tables were filthy, floor was filthy. Vacuum cleaner was being stored beside the drink machine. All of the drinks tasted like nothing but carbonated water. Salsa was DISGUSTING, and was obviously very old. Attitudes of workers were very indifferent and discourteous. Just an awful experience, enough that I won’t return. Low standard operations will kill a business every time.

I went here as I was passing through on the way to south ga. The location was clean and there wasn’t anybody in line. I ordered a home wrecker and it was delicious.

Well the food here is so horrible that it's not even edible. My daughter loves rice. I mean, she eats rice everywhere we go that sells it. This place had rice so bad, that my daughter spit it out. I had to taste for myself. And the rice was hard. I also tasted there peppers (which were pickled). Terrible food. Beans were bland(probably from a can). I'm shocked that the reviews here are good. Moe's isn't usually that bad. But this one was. And it is way worse than even the worst Chipotle I've been too. As someone else stated. Sticky floors and no clean tables. I can tell this owner is trying to save money(not buying cleaning supplies). The food is probably old too(which may be why it taste so bad). All to cut cost. Beware of this Moe's food not good.

Had Moe's during our visit to Georgia. Moes is so much better than Chipotle could ever be. Food is amazing. We all had their burrito bowls.

We have always ordered and had 5 star every time. The one time we decided to go in and sit down, was horrendous and unacceptable. First impression parking lot was trashy, Walked in the establishment and it was utterly a disaster. NO tables were wiped down, trash cans over flowing. 6 guys behind order/ prep area. All Indians except one extremely well mannered African American young guy. Obviously the owner in civilian clothes standing behind there as well, not doing one thing to help these guys. A total of 7 people. There was never anymore than 3 orders going on at a time. The black guy was multitasking the walk in orders, he was extremely polite, efficient and friendly. The other clowns were a total train wreck. The Uber orders and pick up orders were 15 to 20 minutes wait time after people got there to p/u orders, that weren't ready. The Indians were all argumentative with people. None of the condiments were supplied correctly. Most were empty and salsa was spilled or slipped all over bar. No napkins in dispensers. Floors were sticky and nasty. Yet none of the clowns were helping or doing anything, literally walking around between the drive- thru and prep area or register. As for the owner standing there with his arms folded in the kitchen area, summoned one of the guys to make him an order of food. After about 30 minutes, he decide to take his food and leave. It's really sad to see a place come to our area and go down hill in such a short time. Food is good and worth the price. However for the most part folks need to be trained properly, and be more polite. We will edit and update again...

Upon entering appears to be decent. Then as i ordered the area wasn't clean. The guy whom checking out customer using the same gloves to touch food. That really gross me out. I ended up throwing away the food. I wanted to walk off but didn't. Visiting the area. Shame on you guys. Just nasty.

This Moe’s never disappoints. I normally like to go inside of restaurants like this to actually see them fixing the food. However, this location has a drive-thru, and that is soooo convenient for me. They fixed my food perfectly. My chicken bowl was so good. I don’t mind driving out of my way to get my food fixed exactly how I want it. All of the associates are friendly, and you get your money’s worth! Keep up the excellent customer service!!!
