Every time I come to this location there’s only one person working. Each time the employee working has such a great attitude and still gives excellent customer service. I always get an apology for the wait, even though the wait isn’t even that bad considering it’s ONE person working by themselves. Plus the pizza is always hot and fresh. 🤤

They delivered the wrong pizza pepperoni instead of beef as I am allergic to pepperoni I talked to the manager And he said the online order was pepperoni. My receipt did not say pepperoni so I was just going to order me another beef before I could get anything out they hung up in my face. I will never spend another dime at this place

they sent me a cold pizza i sent it back they hung up on me several times and refused to give me a refund. i sent the pizza back with the driver and they refused to refund me still. im having to do a charge back on my card.

Yall see how all the recent reviews where on the same day and for the same person ? they are faking reviews. The old white man who is a manager is rude and honestly should not work in customer service. They are unsanitary and have roaches crawling around, The dough is not stored at the right temperature and honestly this list can continue. If i could give this Papa johns a zero stars i would . the one on racetrack road is amazing tho !!!

Horrible service and wait time at this location is unbelievable I door dash here and every time old guy manager on shift I always wait 30 min or longer they always say it's being made and get huffy with you if you ask for a accurate wait time. I find myself dreading the nights he works he doesn't know how to effectively work his employees usually he only makes pizzas by himself while other guy just makes boxes cause he wants to do it all himself with a Horrible attitude!!!

I only have two stars because Bailey is a horrible manager. The district and regional managers are even worse. I can see why Bailey doesn't take care of her employees... Because her managers don't care. However, the older gentleman that makes the pizza and the younger boy that works the front are always pleasant

Unfortunately when I did pick up my order, there was a black lady inside yelling and screaming at the lady who was actually making the pizzas. The lady who was working there was the only person there and there was a line of people as well as the phone ringing. Sometimes we as human beings have to take time to look at the situation that is going on around us and calm ourselves down learn how to express herself without yelling and screaming. I felt really sorry for the lady that was working there by herself but I pray that God will bless her with peace 10/12/24 2:15pm
I’ve decided to order pizza on a rainy night ? What did I do that for? I ordered over the phone but they told me it will be a 30 minute wait! I’m still waiting a whole hour. Pizza still not ready! I see people leaving and cancellations of orders because the food is taking too long to cook. They only got two people working answering calls etc .. This is a bad experience. They got to do better! I don’t like this guy name Scott keep touching the cash register and then going back to fix food without washing his hands . My food should be free. As long as I have waited! ?????

What’s the purpose of ordering ahead of time? I placed a mobile order for pick up hours before said it would be ready at 745! Get to the store to be lied they kept saying it was in the oven! Waited thirty minutes still not ready! Never again!

Given the wrong pizza after I sat in the store for 30 minutes for a carry out! Front desk employee told me to order online because it’s cheaper and didn’t even to offer to take my order. Ordered a pizza with three meats and just given a plain cheese pizza. Ordered wings well done but NOT well done. This is my 3rd time getting a WRONG ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! It’s terrible and a waste of money!!!!!!!
