Our class ordered 8 pizzas, bread sticks, and wings for a pizza party. The order was placed and paid for the day before the party, a $25 tip was left for the delivery driver. We arrange for the pizza to be there for the children by the time dinner is usually served, at 5. The day of the party, about 12 minutes after 5, we receive a text from the door dash driver saying they are still waiting on the order and that they had just started making it. I had to call and cancel our order because by the time the pizza would've been made and delivered, it would be too late. Dinner would be over and most the children would have been picked up. The cafeteria staff did not prepare dinner for our class, as we were supposed to have had pizza. We had to explain to the parents why their children were hungry and didn't eat dinner. It was very unprofessional and embarrassing.

There was 7 people waiting for their order at had been fir 30+minutes. I got the extra LG new Yorker said it would be 15 min it took 40 minutes the girl working told me they only had one oven working, so they were heating up orders that hadn't been picked up. We'll I took it home and my boys refused to eat it it was hard and the pepperoni was like rubber. I made a complaint to main office still haven't heard from them. Tried calling the store where I bought it they never answered.

I was craving pizza and boy did Pizza Hut deliver!!! My pizza was cooked perfectly. A good amount of toppings. It was still hot when I made it home. Just absolutely delicious!!! I just had to let it be known. My old faithful was successful once again. Thanks for a great dinner!!!!

This Pizza Hut location just doesn’t care and it’s obvious. My last order was missing an item, annoying but I’m not one to make a fuss. They sent out a review request and I made the issue known. Not even any correspondence acknowledging the issue. Whatever, busy day today and my children wanted Pizza Hut. I ordered delivery. Came way after the delivery eta. I’ve called before and asked why their tracker isn’t correct, they’ve stated an order has been delivered when it hasn’t and I was given a reason blaming their software at this location. Unlikely that you’re the only location that experiences an issue, it’s more likely user error or tampering. But I digress. My order tonight came completely cold. Dried out pizza, French fries hard as a rock, hardly any sauce on the boneless wings, and lastly, the Cinnabon rolls had no icing whatsoever. LOL. Y’all got me way too many times.

It's a poorly lit location. Parking lot is very ghetto and scary. However, the manager is very nice, it appeared he was sleeping in office when we arrived to pick up pizzas. The other employees were running around filling orders. We only witnessed pick ups, the restaurant dining area was empty. Clean, but not one person dining in. Non stop folks picking up orders. Got pizzas home and everyone was happy with the purchase. Hope to see this location pick up business and clean up parking lot, bushes, trees, and shrubs need to be cleaned and cleared up, so it feels safer at night. Locust Grove can do better this is a very ghetto location, but very friendly staff.

I called and tried to place a order and Spoke to a girl named Emma who was obviously very aggravated. As I placed my order she cut me off twice as I was trying to add to my order as I was getting done she didn't ask if I wanted anything else because I did want to add a beverage but she again just gave me my total and hung up the phone. I absolutely refuse to call back and hold forever so I just went to little ceasars.

Dont even waste your time at this location...just go to Marcos at the other end of the plaza. Staff was rude, order was done 25 minutes after the pickup time. Missing toppings on the pizza. All in all just terrible experience...
