I called and tried to place a order and Spoke to a girl named Emma who was obviously very aggravated. As I placed my order she cut me off twice as I was trying to add to my order as I was getting done she didn't ask if I wanted anything else because I did want to add a beverage but she again just gave me my total and hung up the phone. I absolutely refuse to call back and hold forever so I just went to little ceasars.

Dont even waste your time at this location...just go to Marcos at the other end of the plaza. Staff was rude, order was done 25 minutes after the pickup time. Missing toppings on the pizza. All in all just terrible experience...

Please check the entire staff that was here at 5:26 pm DECEMBER 26th 2024. First off it is very disturbing that NO GLOVES are being used. I literally watched a lady dig in her ASS then proceed to keep making someone’s pizza ! That should not be allowed at all I threw my whole order away. Secondly I had to wait an extra 25 mins after my order had said online that it was ready. When I asked about why it said it was ready online but not ready in the store I was rudely addressed like it was my fault you have to work here. Some people would love to be employed so it sucks to see people who are and look so miserable like they are being forced to be there. Negative 5 stars I would not recommend eating here ever.

Terrible experience at this Pizza Hut. The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in providing decent service. Many items on the menu were unavailable, and the place itself was dirty and poorly maintained. To make things worse, the drink machine was turned off, leaving us with limited beverage options. Definitely not coming back.

On November 23rd my friend and I came into eat like we normally do. We were not greeted. Very widely asked what we wanted by a Caucasian over weight male. We asked for forks and he asked why it's pizza. I tried to tell him the Pepsi was actually wrong and was cherry pepsi in both. Asked for a tip after being flat out rude. The service has gone down and so is the food aren't as good as well. I should be able to get the Pepsi and more sympathy other than a shrug and ohh well most likely flat.

Today I ordered a pizza and I received a message saying my pizza was delivered. It was never delivered so I reached out to the store. The manager who answered was very condescending to me and very rude. I am Life have never experienced such terrible customer service. I will never order from the store ever again in my life! Do not order from this establishment
AWFUL. I’ve given them FOUR chances to not be absolutely terrible and they fail every single time. First time, cancelled our order without notifying us, second time sent me the entirely wrong order and left me on hold for 30 minutes until I just accepted it. This last time the delivery driver acted like we shorted him when we tipped $10 on a $40 tab. Absolute bullshit. This location sucks and you can’t call cooperate to complain because they just prompt you to “call your local store”.
