This is my favorite Planet Smoothie location! I always stop in when I make a trip to Tanger and they are always fast with my order and the smoothies are always great.

I always enjoy my smoothie before work. The crew there is amazing. Trish is awesome. She has memorized my order and knows my voice when I pull up to the speaker. Her personality is wonderful and outgoing and the rest of the crew is just as engaging. If there were a way to give 10 stars, I would....

I’m leaving this review for the Planet Smoothie location in Locust Grove. I ordered my smoothie around 2:40, and while the store was busy, I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for a single drink. I understand busy periods happen, but there was very little fast-paced movement behind the counter, which made the wait feel even longer. Despite several customers waiting, there didn’t seem to be a strong sense of urgency or teamwork. At one point, a young employee appeared more focused on counting how much money had been made in tips instead of helping with customer orders. When a store is busy, efficiency and focus are especially important. I’ve had much better experiences at other Planet Smoothie locations, so this visit was disappointing. I hope management can improve staff focus and workflow to reduce wait times and improve the overall customer experience.

I am writing to share detailed feedback regarding a recent experience at the Planet Smoothie location on Bill Gardener, which I believe warrants your attention.

During my visit, I encountered an unexpectedly prolonged wait time of approximately 20 minutes while utilizing the drive-through service. Upon inquiring about the delay, I was informed by an employee that the preceding shift had unfortunately not completed the necessary preparations for the subsequent team, reportedly contributing to the operational inefficiency observed.

Beyond the service delay, I also noted that the overall cleanliness of the store's customer-facing areas appeared to be below the standard I typically associate with Planet Smoothie. A tidy and well-maintained environment significantly enhances the customer experience, and I believe this particular aspect could benefit from additional focus and regular upkeep.

My intention in providing this feedback is purely constructive, aiming to highlight areas that could be enhanced to ensure consistently excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. I appreciate your dedication to quality and hope these observations can contribute to further improvements.

Planet Smoothie in Locust Grove is my go-to spot especially the drive thru when in a hurry. I always order the large Peanut Butter Power Up — it’s delicious every time. The service is fast, the team is friendly, and I love that they offer a first responder discount. Super convenient and always a great experience. You won’t be disappointed.

They want me to pay their employees what they wont pay them. Tipping is bullshit.

Man this is probably the best smoothie ever. It was my first time in and they were so polite and even let me try it but giving it to me! Definitely will be back. It has a perfect mixture. I normally don’t leave reviews at all but this place deserves it I’m glad I chose this over Starbucks today definitely will again 😍🤤

I come here often. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and this is the only smoothie place that is consistent in flavor!

Smoothies are good. However, I dont like how they constantly ask if you want to leave a tip before they run your card. Makes you feel pressured to leave a tip.

I love this place!!!! I came to visit some family in the Locust Grove area & I stopped here for an açaí bowl! I am IN LOVE! I wish they had one in Fayetteville, NC!!!
