I did an online order. I anticipated traffic being worse than it was, so my order wasn't quite ready. I was greeted right away. Sat at the bar. I was offered something to drink. Witnessed staff handle a customer who wasn't happy with one item from a takeout order. It was handled professionally and with kindness. The customer seemed satisfied. My food was made properly and had lots of flavor. A+
