Almost every time I come to this Starbucks I get smirked at about my order. Or even just plainly asked why would I add so much… I happily pay $10 for ONE drink with no issue knowing the amount of sugar and flavors I add into it. But instead of my drink just being made how I asked I get questioned and rude remarks to what’s being added. I get embarrassed every morning coming in to ask for my drink… I will be taking my business across the street but I highly suggest you guys speak to your employees about better customer service because the way I feel after leaving your establishment is embarrassing and degrading…

Unbelievable bad "fresh brewed" coffee. It tasted like luke warm dish water and later I got a really good fresh brewed coffee in my Motel. After two sips I gave it back to put it into the sink. 3,19$ for nothing and never again. McDonalds coffee is way better.

The majority of the staff here have always been so friendly and have wonderful customer service skills and that can still be said for most, but lately some of the staff I’ve encountered who were working mid-day/early afternoon have been unfriendly nor said a word to me handing me my drink. There’s also been a lot more inconsistencies with my drink (order the same thing every time) which is disappointing for the price I’m paying.I also tried to stop by just before 8:40pm to just pickup a quick gift card for teacher appreciation day. The doors were already locked and the workers inside made a gesture indicating they’re closed despite the hours being listed until 9:00pm on the door and on Google. Frustrating.

I was trying to get an iced water with strawberry inclusions but I was told I can’t just pay for the inclusions… so in turn the general manager tried to charge me 6 dollars for a venti cup of ice water with one scoop of strawberries in it. She said it was policy but that makes absolutely no sense who in their right mind is going to pay 6 dollars for 1 scoop of freeze dried strawberries… because their water is free. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks ever again it’s always something like the wrong milk, wrong syrup, no sugar, too much ice, not enough ice, like who is running this store and why does Starbucks think it’s okay to scam people. All I wanted was a refreshing cup of water and I wanted some fruit in it but in order to do that I have to cough up 6 dollars?!? Are you on crack? I could have gotten a free venti water from you guys and went to Walmart next door and got a whole bag of freeze dried strawberries for that price. It’s honestly shameful, with how the economy is set up and how the temperature is set up i’m absolutely appalled. If it was 2 dollars for a scoop of strawberries I wouldn’t have even minded but 6?? You were dropped on your head as a baby. Anyways beware of this location it suck’s so horribly it’s a waste of money.
