I used to go here all the time. But the last few times I’ve been I’ll order at the speaker through the drive thru & they will have my order correct on the screen, I’ll get to the window & my order will be wrong. Today I ordered an venti iced chai with cold foam. Everything on the screen is correct & the man who took my order even repeated what I had said. Get to the window, & the lady hands me my drink with no cold foam. I say “this is supposed to have cold foam, can I get cold foam on it?” & she says “well it wasn’t rang up that way, you’ll have to pay extra for it”. And I even told her the man who took my order repeated what I had said. I just told her don’t even worry about it. This has happened to me atleast 3 times now this year at this location. I get this place is busy but for how much money 1 drink is here you’d expect it to be right and especially when they tell you to check the screen for your order to make sure it’s correct.

Do you like to order your coffee and it comes out wrong every time? Do you like burnt coffee without cream and sugar that you paid for? Do you like getting treated as a lower class citizen? Then this is the place for you! Don't expect a warm welcome or I have a great day, you can expect your order to be incorrect, rude service and the refusal to remake your coffee the right way after you just paid $9 for one drink.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff! Needed a few hours to get some work done and the staff made me feel welcome and even checked in to see if I needed anything periodically. Coffee was great as always but I highly appreciated the way the staff went above and beyond for the customers using the space to work or socialize.

I mean wow. The second star is for if you go inside and have A LOT of time then this Starbucks is great. Their Drive thru is painfully slow. Like so slow, I really wish you could see the line from the street because I truly wouldn’t even pull in and I have given it multiple attempts thinking it was just an off day…its a norm
The workers there were so polite but my drink wasn’t that good at all! It was very watered down. Which is fine I can always get a new drink but the poor workers from what I can see are always getting spoken down on by their manager. A tall black woman with glasses. No one should be treated that way regardless of if they make mistakes or not. I keep thinking about if someone spoke to my daughter that way I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. It seems like the manager just brings down the whole mood of the staff there and it makes me not want to be a customer. The environment is comforting but her attitude is NOT

I have never been so humiliated and disrespected in my life at a large corporation that brings in billions of dollars. Three police officers were called on me because the Manager wanted me to leave because I didn’t want to make a purchase in 5 to 10 minutes. She told me that was their policy, I called corporate. I spoke with Jeff. I informed him that she was calling the police on me and the situation and I asked Jeff do you guys have a policy in place that says that I have to purchase within 5 or 10 minutes of me entering Starbucks, or I have to be escorted off the premises, he explained to me no! He told me that the district manager would be reaching out to me within 24 hours. I asked the police officers what was her reason for asking me to leave the premises and the officer stated she did didn’t state a reason. I have everything on video and they are aware that they were being recorded, corporate also knows that I was recording and the officer explained to me that she did not have to have a reason to ask me to leave. I go to the same location every day. I never committed a crime. I never disturbed the peace. I do my work. I make a purchase and I leave somewhere within all of this unfair treatment, harassment, and coercion. A law was broken, and I am seeking justice.

I usually get lite ice about 50% that I come to starbucks which is multiple times a week and regular ice usually the other 50% of the time but one thing I know is that my cup is always full. I asked why it wasn’t full she said because I got lite ice. I said okay and drove off. Out of the 100s of Starbucks I’ve been to (including this location multipleee times as I live close by) I have never seen anybody do that before so I was honestly surprised. I will not be coming back here. This is my drink and I didn’t take a sip at all just to show. It’s usually always filled to the brim. 9/10 too much to the point where it’s spilling over. I at least expect it to be filled to the top whether it be ice, milk, tea something.
The friendliest Starbucks ever!! Lol, but in a good way! Coffee order is always right, and yes, I'm the girlie with the complicated order!

I had the pleasure of using this space for a full week while working remotely and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of good energy that kept me motivated and focused each day. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Every team member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcome.
And let’s talk about those free samples. They were a total win and definitely convinced me to buy more. No shame in that lol. The restrooms and the entire facility were impressively clean every single time I visited which really shows how much pride this team takes in their store.
A huge thank you to the incredible staff for making this location feel like a home away from home. Easily one of the best Starbucks spots in the entire Metro Atlanta area. I’ll definitely be back!
