My kids and I stopped by for lunch, it was very busy but the staff and managers were all very efficient, friendly and had great customer service. The restaurant was clean, and I even noticed their health code inspection was a 96! I know there were other choices to chose from but we were all glad that we chose steak and shake. The food was 100% accurate, hot and fresh! We had a great experience there and will definitely be returning

You place your order at a kiosk. I ordered chicken fingers which is supposed to come with sauce. They forgot the sauce, so I had to go back to the counter to get it. I had half a finger and that is all I could eat. They were not fresh and very dry. I like Steak N Shake burgers, but this was the first time I tried their fingers, and I wonāt order them again. They also, accidentally gave us an extra side of fries that we hadnāt ordered. Luckily, this location did not have the ādrink ticketā system that some of their locations do.

This the third time coming to this location and they get my order wrong smh... i asked for a butter buger going through the drive through she repeats me as if she they never hear of the butter burger meal. I get home its bacon on my burger...i dont eat bacon..
Our first time eating at Steak & Shake, and everything was great! Worker asked if we needed help placing order after he saw we were being a little slow. Burger, fries. and sweet tea were perfect. Area was clean and well kept. Worker asked if we wanted extra rea before he emptied it for the night. Will eat there again!

I had a great burger and fries, but the chili was a bit pricey for a half of cup that was served to me. The one other thing was, an attendant was at the register and he asked me if I was paying by card or cash, I told him card and he made me use the kiosk, but then handed me a cup?? Oh and I was the only one in line too. Not sure what they are trying to accomplish. BTW, they are using Beef Tallow to fry the French fries in, yay!

We used the app and drive thru. Amount of fries in each container was kinda scant, but we're fat and didn't need fries anyway. The steakburgers were very fresh and tasty. Drive thru attendant was efficient and interaction was too short to evaluate anything else. I think they were smiling, though.
