Delicious Milkshakes and everything was great but ordering is contactless so no service is provided besides making the order and they call out your number. Order was wrong but we could not get anyone's attention to make it right but all in all we enjoyed our food and fellowship.

The burger are really, really good here, you can tell that it's real ground beef, it doesn't have a funny shape or consistency like the other fast food restaurants around. It's beef and it's smashed and the milkshakes are amazing.

The food was good. The employees were very polite, but the service sucks compared to what it used to be. Now you have to order from a kiosk. There are no waiters or waitresses. Probably will not go back because now it's merely an overpriced burger joint

Not the Steak and Shake I grew up with. No service, you order from kiosk. Limited menu, onion rings were re-heated and tough. Burger was okay. Just sad. At 5:30 pm place was empty.

Mr. Paul made the drive thru worth it. I would give him all the stars but, the food was bad!!!! He made the money worth it, but the food waa not worth the money.. Dry fries and burger tasted like the meet waa bad..

Please close this location or hire new employees.....this is an update. Obviously, yall have hired new employees. The food and service is so much better. I'm here with my kids and there's no food to take pics of because it's all gone. This is the SnS I remember. Please keep up the good work.

I used to regard Steak and Shake as the best fast food on the market. I just went to said restaurant today and discovered, like most fast food restaurants in Leesburg, the food quality had gone down; let's not talk about service. I don't understand how a chain can go from being very good to awful in such a short time. I don't recommend it anymore.

clean store front and the staff said hello but I had to wait a while to be noticed. Someone eventually said “hello” in a warm way and took my order.
