I was trying to get a sandwich through the app and accidentally ordered it to the wrong restaurant. I tried canceling the order through the app because I immediately realized what I did but it didn’t give me the option It only gave me the option to call the restaurant so I do and the person on the other end wasn’t helpful she just told me to check the app again, thinking I just missed it I do and still there’s no way to cancel it. Trying to save them time and supply’s I call again and explain the app doesn’t allow that but I have no way of picking up my order now the girl gets an attitude tells me I should try customer service and there’s nothing she can do (which I understand but the attitude wasn’t necessary.) I asked if there was a way she could cancel it from her side and she told me no then proceeded to sit there and say nothing. Having “nothing to do with the app” as she put it doesn’t make sense to me but I understand if there’s nothing she can do there’s nothing she can do but the attitude was completely unnecessary and not the first time this has happened. No apology was given just a tone that was exasperated and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I don’t think I’ll be going here again because of this experience.

Been coming here 2 times a week for 6 months. Suddenly, my service animal (that stays on my person) is not allowed.
This is because one employee is ignorant and unduly afraid. All the other employees think she is sweet.

Worst customer service in locust staff rude as hell, don’t explain protocol on coupons . The mom worst attitude the place is clean but horrible customer service short change on the meat and charge u a lot of money I don’t recommend this subway.yall have been warned I won’t b back.

I frequent this subway often because it's by my house usually my experience is what you'd expect from a routine subway visit. Generous toppings etc. the older man that runs the place is always great as well as the older lady. However this young guy that got working here acts like he's annoyed to even take an order, barely can hear anything he says and trying to get extra toppings is like pulling teeth. I had to ask for onions 3 times and each pinch was maybe 3 or 4 little onions and the get disgruntled and sloppily wrap my food and slide it to me. Still will return to this location though.

This location only accepts the mailout coupons for a few basic sandwiches. However, several of the nearby Subways do accept coupons for the better sandwiches.This location is generally clean and the staff is polite, but refusing to take the coupons as advertised by Subway is an irritant.

Subway has changed to slice your meat as you order. They have a cover blocking you so you can't see. Meat already sliced. Very little meat on your sandwich ...won't go

I went yesterday and bought 3 12inch subs. My coupon was refused. I was told the menu board items didn't count. Then the owner pointed to a small paper over on the side where no one would have even seen it. I will Never go back!!!
