I went yesterday and bought 3 12inch subs. My coupon was refused. I was told the menu board items didn't count. Then the owner pointed to a small paper over on the side where no one would have even seen it. I will Never go back!!!

I stopped going to subway awhile because they were building a reputation for being nasty but this was the best one I've been to in YEARS. Absolutely great service the place was literally spotless. And the food was GREAT. The bread was soft everything was fresh. The cookies weren't too hard or too soft absolutely recommend. I live close to forrest park and i will commute just to come back to this subway. Absolutely BRILLIANT!!!

Typical Subway. Clean, polite workers. But the good deal coupons only work for the lesser sandwiches. Beware.
CanNOT use coupons here! Extra stipulations placed on coupon usage beyond basic subs such as turkey and ham. Owner turned down several customers' coupons. We were all confused as the fine print of the coupon stated which items are not valid. Will not return! Also, female owner is sick (coughing and sneezing) and continues to touch over the food.
