I came in to order an Italian BMT and a ham sandwich and asked for all the toppings — something I’ve done at other Subways without issue. The employee told me I’d be charged extra for veggies beyond lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. When I pushed back, he was rude, so I walked out. Shockingly, he put the sandwiches and toppings he started making for me right back into the bins. Totally unsanitary and unprofessional. Won’t be back — this location lives up to its bad reviews.

Went there today to get two subs and two chips and a drink 1 sub was just black Forrest ham the second sub was suppose to be the 9.98 double meat double cheese sandwich they offer when they went to make the sandwich he put 6 pieces of meat of the double! Then when we tried to correct him he started to get loud with me so I asked for a refund because the sandwich was wrong I then got informed that I couldn’t get a refund remind you my order came out to 33.47 then he informed me I needed to pay for my ham sandwich again once he finally argued with me about my refund he returned it. We then went to the subway in griffin got the same thing and it was only 21.53. This subway location is trying to over charge you and not giving the quality or quantity of there product I do not recommend this place at all!!

They charge very expensive and they try to give very few vegetables for your money. $21.76 for a regular sandwich It a No No… Look at their Monday morning bathroom, I was not able to wash my there is no paper towels, nothing and it’s very nasty.

Literally just ordered a meatball sub from here. Which is something that I always get. Today they were burnt and absolutely disgusting. When I called and tried to tell him, he’s arguing with me over the phone telling me that they arent. I said I will bring it up to show you and he’s still telling me that they weren’t. They also tasted funny. Now I wasn’t calling to get my money back or get anything in return, just really wanted to tell him to throw them out and make a new batch. Thats it thats all, because I haven’t had a problem with them before. So it had to be a bad batch.
Like it’s okay to listen to your customers, you dont always have to argue back. At the end of the day, I could probably be saving you all from a lawsuit or something

Service is consistently bad. My and I have visited this location several times and each time we regret it. They are rude and inconsiderate. This last time they got our online order wrong they treated us like it was our fault. The mgr is always on his phone and has an aggressive attitude.

Typical Subway. The only thing that set this particular location apart from all the other 10,000 Subways is that the two men working the counter seemed "less than friendly". Perhaps "just business", but maybe somewhat hostile? Neither made any attempt to smile, or be friendly.
Customer service was not that great. The guy just kind of threw my sandwich together. They also like to pick and choose when they will accept coupons! Will not be returning to this location.
