As you may know Subway has a rewards program and they currently have the “buy three footlongs earn another free” deal going on. I placed my order through the app for pickup at the location I always go to. This employee has never been very welcoming but because of convenience I frequent this location. When I arrived the employee told me this was the last time I could place a “zero order” and that I needed to go to another location. He said something about less meat but I could barely understand him so I wasn’t expecting my sandwich to be almost empty. This is unacceptable. If this specific location wasn’t participating in the rewards program it wouldn’t have allowed me to place my order using my reward. Furthermore my sandwich should’ve been up to par just like any other time I’ve ordered. I ordered the cold cut footlong which comes with three meats and as you can see this sandwich definitely doesn’t have three meats and is so thin. Just because it was a free reward doesn’t mean the quality shouldn’t be the same. I’m very disappointed. I will most definitely be taking his advice and switching to another location.

If i could give this Subway no stars I absolutely would! 1 star is being nice. If you have kids definitely avoid this Subway at all cost because they are not kid friendly as you will be disrespected because of them. The man that was working today was so ugly to my sister and threw her out because she brought McDonald's inside for her kids even though she ordered food at this Subway location and frequents this location often. I will let everyone know to avoid this Subway completely. Very unprofessional.

I go to this subway on my lunch break there was two people in front of me the guy took 24 mins to make my sandwich and why does it automatically ask you about a tip if you deserved it people would give it I hit no tip he gave me a smug look lmao do better subway guy do better.

Raj was amazing at this subway location! He was very polite, kind, patient, and even offered recommendations. He made our sandwiches perfectly! I would recommend coming to this location, as customer service exceeded my expectations. The food was good and environment was very clean.
If I order a Togo order in the app 30 minutes before I even arrive to the store and 10 minutes passed the estimated and I get to the deserted dead no customer restaurant and my order still isn’t ready another 10 minutes to make is ridiculous and a delay . Do better. Then going to push in the system app that order is ready is a lie.

Very disappointed I went in today for two foot longs I ordered in the app . I couldn’t believe how greedy they are the sandwiches bearly had any meat .They put almost nothing no veggies.It seems I was eating just the bread .Things like this upset me because i work hard for my money and places like this think they can rip you off and is ok .I will never go back again .
