Absolutely awful experience at this Taco Bell! 😠The customer service is non-existent; the employees act like they'd rather be anywhere else. Our last drive-thru visit involved being screamed at – completely unacceptable! It's also a guarantee they'll be out of half the menu. Seriously, avoid this location unless it's the absolute last resort on Earth. This place desperately needs new staff, proper training, and a management team that actually cares. One star is being generous! 👎

Food takes FOREVER to come out. I live down the street and it has never taken less than 25 minutes to get my FAST FOOD. Doesn't matter if you order ahead either. Fire everyone and start over.

The food we received was good. Unfortunately, our order was missing some items. We also have young children and were hoping to eat at the restaurant, but the restaurant did not have any baby changing stations or high chairs. We absolutely understand restaurants aren't required to supply these items and aren't mad about that, we were just disappointed because this meant we needed to take our food to-go.

Can’t do 1 star because the food was actually pretty good. However the whole place was messy and the workers were practically nonexistent. I watched them talk to a guy they apparently knew who came in for like 5 minutes while ignoring a family that had come in to order. It also took them 20 minutes to make a burrito and I had to remind them I had a drink. The drink machine was closed down in the lobby as well. So standard Taco Bell food but abysmal service.

This is hands down the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I go out of my way to go down to Lake Dow where the food is ACTUALLY good. Unfortunately this is the only Taco Bell available to me on DoorDash and of COURSE they constantly accept then cancel my orders. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

I love their food. The employees there are very nice and compassionate and confident in putting customers first and the service is outstanding. Restaurant is spotless from top to bottom cleanliness wise. Fantastic job Taco Bell.

Food was super fresh and delicious but this is what I saw that will not allow me to return. A worker came out of the women's bathroom with cleaning equipment wearing gloves then removed the trash from the trash bins wearing the same gloves he had on from cleaning the bathroom, then left the trash bags he just handled to hep customers at the register. He then opened the kitchen door with the same gloves and took an order at the front punching on the register with the same gloves on he cleaned the bathroom and removed the trash with. Then fixed the drinks including putting the top on the drinks in the same gloves, then took payment a customers card still in the same gloves. I haven't seen that much cross contamination in a food store since 1983. He needs training or retraining because that was disgusting 🤢. Do better Locust Grove Taco Bell/KFC.

everytime i do delivery or take out- OR JUST EAT THE TACO BELL IN LOCUST GROVE IN GENERAL- it’s always awf. it’s never right. missing items. and half full drinks. i’m so sick of this taco bell not doing their jobs.
