Not being able to see the product (ham) before purchasing doesn't make sense šŸ˜•. The ham I purchased for Easter was fatty and was not as good as in the past. I have to take what you sell me without seeing the quality. Should have choices.

Gives racist vibes already, but yesterday 4/26 let me know to never eat here again. I work in the outlet and decided to eat here before work when I entered the store there was no one at the front counter. I could clearly see them in the back so I know for sure they could see me. Two women one with glasses. Neither of them came to the front to assist me. I waited a good 3-4 minutes before I left. I came back in to get the number for their corporate, all of a sudden the one in glasses was in front with a clipboard I was gone less than a few seconds before I returned. I will never spend my money here again!

Disgusting and Unacceptable!
I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with the HoneyBaked Ham store in Locust Grove, Georgia, at the Tanger Outlet Mall, and I will never shop here again. In 2023, they sold us a bad ham, and after calling to complain, they replaced it. I thought it was a one-time mistake, but the same thing happened again during Christmas 2024, this time with an expired turkey.

When I called to report it, the manager admitted over the phone that the expired turkey was given to us by mistake and that those turkeys were meant to be chopped up and used in another product they sell. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! Selling expired food and repurposing it into other products is beyond gross and raises serious concerns about food safety.

The manager initially promised to replace the turkey, telling me that all I had to do was come in, as my name was in the book. However, when I went to the store on January 19, 2025, the assistant manager told me they weren’t going to honor the replacement because they had already credited me once before. When I asked to speak with the manager, the assistant manager called her, but the manager refused to speak to me directly. Instead, she made the assistant manager pass along the message. How cowardly!

It’s not my fault this store repeatedly sells expired food, and I shouldn’t have to fight to get replacements for their mistakes. The fact that the manager refused to speak with me shows just how little they value their customers.

This store’s practices are disgusting, dangerous, and completely unprofessional. If they can’t ensure the quality and safety of their food, they shouldn’t be in business. I’ll never shop here again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this place as well.

Here’s a review you can use:

We had a great experience at Honey Baked Ham! A big thank you to the wonderful lady who was so kind and flexible with my fussy child—it made all the difference. My husband and I shared a Turkey Tavern Club, and it was delicious and perfectly portioned for two. My kiddos both had a kids meal and were happy. The food was ok for a quick bite and service were excellent. Highly recommend!

I ordered a $138 whole boneless Honey Baked Ham for Christmas but when I got home and opened it, It was not a whole ham, in fact it was only a half of a ham with the bone in. When I called to let them know they made a mistake they couldn’t find my order and told me to come in. I went in and received the whole ham I originally ordered and was given the half. When I opened the whole ham I was immediately disappointed and disgusted. The ham was burnt and already cut in half. There was no glaze. I was completely embarrassed to serve such a thing to my family. I’m not sure if it was an old ham used to make sandwiches throughout the day or if it was left out but it was extremely dry even before I tried to warm it up. I even tried to serve the half of ham I was given and was even more disappointed. Both hams were completely overcooked and flat out disgusting. I am not pleased and I want a full refund. I have been ordering from HoneyBaked ham for years and I have never had such a bad experience. NEVER again, will I go to the HoneyBaked Ham in Locust Grove.

My wife and I waited 45 minutes total on an order of sliders and a ham sandwich for an hour that was place online. When I got to the store there was one 3 people in the store .Four (female) employees standing around following behind each other instead of fixing our order and another customer’s online order. By the time they started on my food the line was almost out the door. First and last time here :(
