I came in with three friends last night after celebrating my bachelorette, about 2:45am. Only one other couple was in the restaurant. There were two servers and one cook. Neither server wanted to take care of us. Nene said it wasn’t us, she was just tired. Let me just tell you — Pam was FANTASTIC. She took care of us and cooked all our food that came out accurate and DELICIOUS. She really DID that! Her customer service was fantastic as well. I was annoyed that the other servers didn’t care to make any money— why are you even there? It’s unfair to make one employee do the work of three. However, Pam did so gracefully. Anytime I travel back into the area I’ll call and see if Pam is working and if so we will be on the way, hungry!

Ordered on the app waited 30 minutes when it said it was ready I went to pick up just to wait another extra 5 with an empty restaurant . To top it off I tipped and they ain’t put butter cups on my waffle or even put butter or syrup for my waffle. Sarcastic attitude from girl.
Well, you know waffle house. However, the staff was nice and the food was delicious.

Great Waffle House. Came in the morning and the staff was great. We had a question about the food for our baby and the manager, Walter, came over and addressed our question. 5/5. Everyone was great and we will be back in the future.

I ordered breakfast to go this morning. The lady who actually took my order, had very poor manners and quite a nasty attitude. I went over my order a couple of times because she repeated it back wrong. I then told her how I wanted the grits, and she kept mocking what I said to the cook. After waiting patiently for my food, the cook called out my to go order was ready. Which she was literally on the same space. My food sat there, and when I asked another worker if she could get it for me, who was about the rude employee came over and grabbed the food. The other worker apologized. I did quite catch her name because she didn't give me my receipt, but she had brown hair, with a visor on, and a black waffle house short sleeved shirt, she was a caucasian lady. I've been at this location before and never had any issues as such. Manners and politeness goes a long way. Some ppl just choose to be rude and nasty for whatever reason that is.

Don’t waste your time coming to this one it never fails no matter how many times I come here on the night shift. They always seem to get it wrong. It doesn’t matter if they have one customer, two customer or even three customers, they always get it wrong. They always overcook the waffle. They forget what to add what not to add just don’t waste your money or gas and just go to the one by chick-fil-A
Basic food done right.
Absolutely the worst food made by any Waffle House I have ever been to. My waffle was over cooked and all of the breakfast meat I ordered were burnt to a crisp. DO NOT go to this Waffle House. There are plenty of them around.
