Don't ever come here. Go to Steak n Shake or Dairy Queen. These ppl at Wendy's apparently aren't big on HAND WASHING. If it's a one-off, I'm not leaving this review. No its been several occasions of wrong orders and food poisoning.

Ordered my food via drive through and I asked for fries with no salt and they gave me cold fries with salt on them I didn't go back because I don't have time for people doing stuff to my food. However, I do not recommend and will never go back when I visit my family in the area. Just horrible service.

This wendy’s is awful. every visit, even when i order through doordash or the mobile app, something goes wrong. food is cold, service was bad (waiting 5 minutes with no introduction at a FAST food drive thru), food is wrong. not to mention the fact that dashers can’t pick up my order because cause nobody wants to answer at the drive thru when they are STILL open. there’s always something wrong everytime i come here. always mediocre service and just a smile would make all the difference. but these workers are miserable. idk what’s going on but hopefully they figure it out soon.

The 2nd shift manager is rude! Every burger I ordered the bottom bun was hard as a rock. When I asked to get them remade she had an attitude!!!

I don’t like writing bad reviews because I like giving people grace but this is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been in. So incredibly rude. All the workers completely ignored us while we were the only people inside the store, I would understand had the drive thru been packed (I understand they take priority) but there was one car in the drive-thru. There were seven workers present.

Ended up just leaving.

I understand food and customer service is a very hard job as someone who works in it herself- but that is no excuse to be rude.

Service was great but our Dave's Double(2) were so sloppy we had to wipe of with napkins. After a couple bite we threw it in the garbage. And I love Wendy's! So u know i was upset. I hate taking food back because they really get a attitude.

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my entire life. Unfortunately for me, I live 2 miles away.
They constantly take forever to run the drive thru.
Out of frostys, one napkin given for an entire meal, a cold bun on my $9 burger and neglecting to include ketchup after being specifically asked. Management should be fired.
