ordered from here on doordash today, took OVER AN HOUR to make the food, was told by my dasher they were taking new orders and making them before making mine. finally got the food and the frostys were melted, clearly being sat out for a while, as well as the drinks, ice was melted and drinks were watered down, ordered a plain burger and got everything on it, and fries came cold. terrible place, ordered here because it was the closest to me and was left utterly disappointed. will not be ordering from here again 😭

I pulled through the drive-through nobody was in line. Nobody was parked in the parking lot, the female employee through the speaker said if I wanted to order anything I needed to come inside, pure laziness. These employees should be fired. This was December 9 a little after 12:30 PM. This is one of the worst Wendy’s in America. Y’all need to do better.

Ordered my food via drive through and I asked for fries with no salt and they gave me cold fries with salt on them I didn't go back because I don't have time for people doing stuff to my food. However, I do not recommend and will never go back when I visit my family in the area. Just horrible service.

This wendy’s is awful. every visit, even when i order through doordash or the mobile app, something goes wrong. food is cold, service was bad (waiting 5 minutes with no introduction at a FAST food drive thru), food is wrong. not to mention the fact that dashers can’t pick up my order because cause nobody wants to answer at the drive thru when they are STILL open. there’s always something wrong everytime i come here. always mediocre service and just a smile would make all the difference. but these workers are miserable. idk what’s going on but hopefully they figure it out soon.
