Employees are slow, and they act like they dont understand. I asked for a tray to out my food on and get laid my kid size frosty on their side in a cup holder. Fries and chicken. Nuggets overcooked . The store was dirty, and the employees were dense acting.

very rude and disgusting manager and the employees are just as bad. the manager angela started swearing at me for because she thought i stole my own pickup order. came back to show proof it was my food and ask for an apology but got laughed at instead.

I understand it's NYE(new year eve) AND things but that don't give you the right to ignore customers who have been sitting in line for 20-30 mins prior to yall closing, no one answered the intercom, no one mentioned that they were cleaning we're limited on items etc. nothing was said yall even got the drive ahead to next windows sign on the drive thru windows. Like be for real and we have a whole lil line of ppl waiting for food, mind you in stuckin the middle of the line with someone in front waiting and someone behind waiting to place a order. š The communication could've been better . The service alone could've been better. The two white women i did see inside didn't even have their head sets on but definitely in there cleaning up and dumping out teas and stuff.
Next time put a sign up or something to let EVERYONE know you're closing early or is closed already

The worst! 11:30 and already slow. Waiting for 8 minutes in drive thru and still cold food, out of ketchup, no straws and order wrong. Guess the manager at the window was too busy fussing at employees telling them she canāt take cash and pass out food. The manager never even said hello or apologized for making me wait and listen to her rant with the window wide open.

Staff is extremely rude, had a mobile order, pulled up to the speaker and was asked to wait, which we said okay, waited over 10 minutes at the speaker and no one ever came back and asked/greeted us to start our order. We decided to pull around to the window, the lady at the window asked us which mobile order and then asked us to pull forward, which we did. We sat pulled for atleast 15-20 minutes and was never brought our food. We eventually had to bang on the door to get someoneās attention, and to ask a manger about it, the told us to pull around to the mobile order area, AGAIN, brought the food out to us & items were missing. we called to ask about our items missing, they told us to pull around, mind you the drive through is wrapped. My boyfriend walked up to the window to get the missing items & the manager refused & told him we had to sit in the drive thru to get the items, she couldnāt just hand them to him, again the drive thru was wrapped & weād already been waiting for almost an hr for our order. The staff at this location is VERY unprofessional, the service & hospitality is trash. I wouldnāt not recommend this location to anyone!
