I ordered food and was rug up for extra food that I did not order. I asked for a refund I was told nobody in the store could give me one and I had to wait for another manager to come and she will call. No one ever called I called back and then nobody could find the paper that had the information or it or remember to give me my money back for food I never received.

Never again!! No sense of urgency whatsoever. Process are way to high. It's no wonder Touchdown Wings across the parking lot never have any deals, they don't need to. Waited almost 45mins for a 30pc and I was the only in person order there and 2 door dash orders. Just a horrible horrible experience. I'd be shocked if they're still here next year.

Its not as new as the one back home I use, its small and older and not quite as tidy. Looks like they needed a hand in the kitchen. I arrived when my food was supposed to be done but the only thing done were the fries... so by time my chicken came out and was done 20 minutes later my fries were cold. The chicken was good, hot, and seasoned well. The gentleman was hard working and polite.

I know third-party delivery is crazy ! I believe her name is Mrs.Tonya and the open greeting helped me ! I only wanted 6 boneless wings remade . Each sweets made me day ! She even asked me did I have a ride to the store … DoorDash never give a refund ! But this person was so nice !!!!THANK YOU

I had a terrible experience at the Wingstop in Locust Grove, Georgia. The service was just nasty — the staff had bad attitudes and acted like we were bothering them by simply placing an order. On top of that, we ordered four separate meals, and instead of packaging them individually like they were supposed to, they just threw everything into one container. It was messy, unorganized, and completely unacceptable. This location clearly doesn’t care about customer service or presentation. Definitely won’t be coming back.
