If you order online expect to wait about an hour to two because this location is terrible at speed. The food was sub par for the quality you would expect from Zaxbys. I would not recommend this location to anyone

Honestly the remodel looks great. But they need to remove and hire people who actually give a crap. I ordered 20 boneless wings, fries, cheddar bites, fried pickles and a sweet tea. When I got to the window they repeated my order as 5 traditional wings,cheddar bites and sweet tea. The girl who took my order didn't seem to care at all. I repeated my order 3 times only to get my food and was missing half. Paid 50 bucks and wasn't able to get any help because the dining room was closed and drive thru was wrapped around the store. Honestly just start over with the whole store.

No ice for drinks, multiple drinks that were only carbonation no syrup, teriyaki sause cups only filled 1/4 of the way then want to charge me for extras because they want to give a drip of sauce. My cheesecake bites were perfect though

Food was very good but service was SO SLOW. Waited over 30 minutes for 3 meals. People were waiting for food everywhere. Drive thru was wrapped around the building. Dont know what was going on in this location, but they need help. No manager seemed to be working abd there was some random guy in a sweatshirt walking around with a serious attitude. Not helping. Back in the food prep area standing around. Not doing anything, or heling anyone. We got our order correctly, but some came back several times to get things that were wrong. Too bad, because they have great food.

Beleive the reviews and just go elsewhere. Service is super slow, and my order had missing food. Lovely surprise when you live 30 minutes away.... they even asked me if I WANTED the coleslaw and I said yes. They didn't even replace with extra fries, just completely left the coleslaw out.

Worst zaxbys i have ever visited they take 10 minutes to get to me even when I'm the next person to order them takes over 30 minutes to prep it and then when they call your name they just walk away leaving you standing there for another 5 minutes just got you to open and check your food and the fries are room temperature and your boneless wings look like batter just fried no meat really then barely any fries and they are not cooked properly

Every time I stop here to grab food when in the area the order is always messed up. Staff is rude 100 percent do not recommend stopping here. Fries are always cold. If you do grab food check your order first

Seems like they're understaffed on the inside, leading to longer waits and poor quality food from rushing to get it done. Overall, have not had anything worse than "ok" from this Zaxby's.

I wish I could put half a star, the service was really bad. My order sat in the window for 15 minutes, they forgot my milkshake and several things in my order, the location was really dirty and the trash was overflowing, I felt bad for the workers that were actually doing their job because the rest of the employees made them look bad.
