We ordered the new 20 piece Zax pack meal. When the meal was brought out to us, the toast was soggy and cold and the fry's were cold and firm. The cashier was really nice but I don't think I will go back to this location again.

We visited just before the dinner rush and got out to go order quickly! The drive thru was filling up but they got our order out, as well. The exterior and interior were clean, the food tasted great, and the cashier was friendly. Thanks guys!

Just putting this in writing. Have called 3 times today after picking up order. Hang up after so many rings. You didn't put my egg rolls with the salad. I want them. I placed order at 1:02pm. Order number ending in 146500.

They took 40 minutes to serve a salad and fries! Plus they got the wrong order after we bought something else! Girls at the front were not helpful at all!

This is by far the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Driver through line is always long as heck. Then my food. Kicken chicken was dry , I literally got damn near 7 fries and my drink was completely filled to the rim with ice

Just got my food at the drive thru and ordered extra sauces. They didn’t charge me for them but she said she would add them. Well I get my food and I asked her are you sure my extra sauces are in the bag? And she said they were so I didn’t bother checking and when I get home they’re not even in there! Like I understand it’s super busy but why lie? I’ve worked fast food and it’s really not that hard to check the orders before handing them out and making sure they’re getting the right order. And if it was an issue of asking for the sauces at the window she could have just charged me for them! Her name was JaiDianna who took my order. It really wouldn’t be such a big deal if she didn’t just lie cause I understand mistakes are made but cmon!

They totally mixed up my order I had to pull over to the side get out and go in from the drive thru the manager was very nice but it was very frustrating to have to wait until they made my order completely over again plus I was overcharged
