My son and I went here last week. I ordered a big Zac’s snack meal and he got the kiddie finger. We waited 45 minutes for an order that takes 6 minutes to cook. Our order wasn’t even ready after the 45 minute wait. We just left. There was probably about 20 other people waiting and outraged. This business has really gone down hill. I will never return. It’s clear the management team is non existent.

I normally don’t do these but today I experienced something different. I don’t know if it’s because they put a new Zaxby’s up the street, but it was definitely an entire new atmosphere in that restaurant. Keep it up.

This one is hard to rank. Its hit or miss each time I visit. Sometimes the staff is fast and friendly and other times its very poor service. Sometimes the food is hot, fresh and as expected, and other times its just wrong and takes a couple times to get correct. Over all id recommend as I believe that the store is headed in the right direction.

Turned people away an hour before they closed and then proceeded to crowd in a circle and look at us funny. Like they couldn’t fathom people coming through a drive thru An hour before a are supposed to close🤷‍♀️

Daughter got severally sick within 30 minutes of eating. All symptoms is that of staph bacteria which means person handling food contaminated it with dirty hands. We order zaxbys often but we will not do so again since they do not make sure employees follow all safety rules. We ended up throwing all other food away to not risk everyone else getting sick.

This is the second time in less than a month, I've ordered a grilled Cobb salad and the order has been incorrect. Tonight the front cashier and drive thru cashiers were on their phones while attempting to assist customers. Im not sure where the supervision is.

They need a manager ....took 35 minutes to get food..got home bread a on all3 nibblerz was burnt my husband's wings had no sauce, no fries. I help manage a restaurant 1.2 miles from there.

If I could define buns this would be it. Paid for a meal and got a wrap colder then my grandmas house on a Sunday with 15 fries more miserable than the guy next door trying to get his wife back. As to the other meal I bought for my brother was not a sandwich it was just two tenders in between a couple of buns also with less than 10 fries by the way. Bag came with 2 napkins that looked like the odd ones out and no ranch or sauce of any form.

Came to drive through last night around 10:15! I ordered the kickin chicken sandwich meal and when I got to the window that's not even what they had on their screen! They had me for the wings and then! So they had to redo my order and had me pull up to the door! I waited almost 20 minutes for my order and it still haven't been brought out! When I asked for my money back that's when the young lady who is the manager came out! I must say kudos to her so she was very very polite! Like I told her if it was because of her and her politeness I would have just really got my money back because that staff last night play too much! The whole time they won't ask the window they just played taking my order they played! There shouldn't have been three cars hard way down food while they were in there playing around! So again this is not directed to the manager because she was wonderful and I felt so bad for her because it's like she was just in there with a bunch of teenagers who just wanted to play games! I get sometimes work get stressful and you want to have fun but at the end of the day, it's also a seriousness to get your food out to your customers paying customers at that! The kids need to really take their job serious, or don't even work

This is the absolute worst Zaxby's, in terms of customer service, I've ever been to in my life! I would give service a 0 if I could. Lots of employees in there just walking around looking lost and talking amongst themselves. None of them seemed to care that customers were waiting. Took over 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered!

Ungodly slow. How does a restaurant stay open pushing out 2 orders an hour. My wait has been over 30 minutes. First and last time. Stick to Wingstop or Chik-fil-a. This establishment is a joke

Raw chicken tenders. Tried to call and no one answered. This is ridiculous because they serviced me uncooked meat, which I unknowingly assumed a piece of, and can’t even get service.

Waited 20 min for undercooked and cold food! Unbelievable how disgusting this plate looked. I took a small bite of the wing and bread which were both cold. Wings were not cooked well done, the fries were soggy, and the tenders were not hot. Worst experience ever!
