We have ordered Door Dash from here on numerous occasions and 3 of the last 4 times they have forgot to put one item in the bag each time. When you call they act like it was not their fault. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

They get amnesia if you go back up there to get your meal replaced if it was bad. I went back after I was told to come back so they can replace my order and the person at the register said the cashier did not take my name down like he was supposed to.

I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this location deserved a good rating for the excellent customer service I received today, which is hard to find nowadays. The young man that took my order over the phone was so pleasant and made sure I got my order right and even asked how long it would take for me to arrive so my food could be fresh. I appreciated that. Also, my food was delicious. I was skeptical to order the fried rice because the Snellville location always burned it but Loganville, you did not disappoint. My wings were cooked perfectly and were not salty (common when ordering lemon pepper dry at other locations). And lastly, I usually prefer small wings but today mine were not too small and not too big (I do not like large wings) they were the perfect size. I hope you all remain consistent. Thank you!

This was a big disappointment because my family and I love American deli. We visit this location often and the food is usually good. Today I worked a 12-hour shift and was looking forward to having wings for dinner I ordered a 10-piece all flat combo hot w/ lemon pepper sprinkles. My order was put in at 7:55pm. I made my drink and remembered I wanted them crispy so I went to the counter and requested the be cooked longer so I could have them crispy. The 2 girls at the counter told me it was too late my order was ready. It had to be 7:57pm I asked how was my order ready in 2 mins and why I couldn't get crispy wings. They handed me my bag with NO concern for customer satisfaction. I didn't want to make a big deal so I took them. Once I got home. The wings were disgusting, They taste old and stale it was wings with the clips still on them. The quality was horrible. I feel I waisted my time and money. I'm assuming they were in a rush to close. Not good customer service.
