This place is FILTHY!!! Trash all over the floor, the counter tops are sticky with juice spills, the fountain machines have wet juice stains everywhere so you cant even hold your drink up to it to pour which is also over the floor.

Disappointed with the food as of recently. My family and I are huge American Deli fans and have been for the longest. We’ve got the same order each time at least once a month( sometimes even twice) and pay $70 each time. We supported this American Deli for 7 years. A few years ago when it went under new management, we were hesitant to see if the food would change. The food was amazing and continued for years up until a few months ago. The house rice was the first thing that was eaten. My family was obsessed ! Literally the best rice we ever had. However, the last 3-4 times we’ve got the rice, the taste has definitely changed. It’s flavorless and taste nothing like it use to. They need to bring back the old cook or stick to the old recipe. Paying $11 for rice and it doesn’t even taste good and ends up being thrown away. I really hope the manager sees this and change the rice back. The wings are also fairly small but still taste good.
I love their wings however today when going to pick up my order, I saw one of the cooks drop some meat, which looked like it was used for cheesesteak on the floor. He then proceeded to pick the meat up off the floor and put it in the refrigerator. I will not be coming back.

They have a hard time with simple directions.. they have small wings and nowhere to sit...I have to go here frequently cause of work and they seem to not really care if your happy with the order... they just look at each other with confusion and just continue... Anyway not like the other American deli's with care and big wings... overall this one is the worst I've had..sry...

My wife and I stopped in for some fried tilapia and ended up throwing it away after a couple of bites. It was ridiculously overcooked, so bad it tasted like burnt popcorn. Same with the fries, they were either refried or over fried. Too hard to enjoy. Pretty annoyed I had to throw $30 worth of food in the trash.
