I don’t tend to do reviews but the young lady that helped me, Aleena, was awesome. She was very helpful and patient when I couldn’t figure out what to get. Great customer service and overall great food. The best American deli I’ve tried by far!
I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this location deserved a good rating for the excellent customer service I received today, which is hard to find nowadays. The young man that took my order over the phone was so pleasant and made sure I got my order right and even asked how long it would take for me to arrive so my food could be fresh. I appreciated that. Also, my food was delicious. I was skeptical to order the fried rice because the Snellville location always burned...
I have been frequenting this location for sometime and every time I have come in the service has been nothing short of amazing. In addition, the food is always served hot and fresh. I have yet to be disappointed.
