So I came into The Deli about mid week last week with a big appetite and a Huge thirst for THE Peach punch that I’ve been getting for years to my surprise I see the peach punch is gone and one of the employees informed me it would not be returning. After taking the news, very harshly, I couldn’t even bring myself to get up off the floor until the angel of an employee that is Rylinn Helped me up, made me feel better and even showed me a new drink combination that was mind blowing....
I don’t tend to do reviews but the young lady that helped me, Aleena, was awesome. She was very helpful and patient when I couldn’t figure out what to get. Great customer service and overall great food. The best American deli I’ve tried by far!
I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this location deserved a good rating for the excellent customer service I received today, which is hard to find nowadays. The young man that took my order over the phone was so pleasant and made sure I got my order right and even asked how long it would take for me to arrive so my food could be fresh. I appreciated that. Also, my food was delicious. I was skeptical to order the fried rice because the Snellville location always burned...
