If you are a door dasher and this place come up to pick up for I pro.ise tou its normal worth picking up from . Waited 40 minutes for an order for me to finally ask for a manager. I was then informed after 40 minutes that they couldn't even fulfill the whole meal due there blender not working.

I drove all of the way here from Bethlehem instead of going to my local Applebee's due to multiple issues from previous experiences. I have to say it was well worth the drive. The employees were super friendly and everything about my order was correct. Thank y'all so much.

I want to take a moment to brag on the Loganville Applebees and especially their new manager, Brian Banks. Since he stepped in, the whole place just feels different in the best way possible. The staff seems happier, the energy is up, and you can really tell the morale has improved.
Brian has a natural way of talking to people, both customers and employees, that makes you feel welcome and appreciated. You can tell he truly cares, and that attitude spreads throughout the whole restaurant. The service has been smoother, the atmosphere friendlier, and even the food seems to come out with more pride behind it.
I’m honestly excited to see how he continues to make things better, because if this is what the first stretch looks like, the future is bright for this location. Huge shoutout to Brian and his team members for bringing such positive change. I hope Applebees knows what a great person they have in him.

Pretty good service unlike the one further down on highway 78. The food was fresh and the server was prompt and polite. The silverware was clean unlike the food crusted one I was given at the Highway 78 location!

JD was our server he provided an amazing service.He is the best.However I ordered the Ribs and they were awful didn’t know they were ribs.They looked nothing like the picture and tasted awful.The kitchen dropped the ball on that meal.JD tried to right the wrong but I was turned off by the meal.If you go please ask for JD he’s awesome.

The food is teeeeeeeeeeeeerible! Frozen drink was made in rush where the ice wasn’t even blended all the way and had no alcohol in it! The manager tried to make it better but it was too late. The waitress lied and said she was getting off only for us to see her on other side of restaurant helping others and delivering food. And we were nice to her. Food was comped at barely to be served old sauce and know it’s old sauce! The cook needs to be replaced because ummm food was nasty and dried out. Think next time we will just stop at Chili’s much better experience! All of us have tummy aches!! 🤢 Revamp and do better! For the amount of people in restaurant as patrons food should have been fresh and hot!!
