Just had to get a small cone of my favorite, Jamocha Almond Fudge! The young lady who served us was so professional and polite!

The strawberry topping on the ice cream Sunday was spoiled. That's unusual. Not really a great vibe at this location but it was convenient today.

First your lobby is closed. Then they don't even have hardly any ice cream" oh we don't have that, or we don't have scoops. Like shut down at that point. Wasting people's time and gas. Update your website would be nice. Instead of letting kids down.

Well I took my family of 10, the ice cream was good but no cones of any kind when we went, no milkshakes. On top of that no change for cash users.

I went to this location today (1:30 - 2pm) and the lady working the counter was impatient and rude. I asked for a vanilla cone and she was halfway through scooping it out only to stop and tell me she couldn’t give it to me because it was too hard. Heh? If it’s in the display, should it not be ready to sell to customers? I also saw a large container that I thought was full of vanilla so I asked her why she didn’t just take it out of that. It turns out that container was actually empty and what I mistook as the ice cream was the white bottom of the container. Of all the flavors they say they sell, there were maybe five that you actually could purchase. ??‍♀️I had my daughter with me and I was trying to negotiate with her about other flavors she could try instead. I asked the worker a couple of times about the flavors they did have and to my surprise and bewilderment the worker was giving me an attitude for asking her what flavors were left. WTH??? I’m not trying to get the lady fired but maybe you could just put her in the stockroom or something…? Keep her away from customers. She should not be interfacing with them at all. She doesn’t have the right temperament or patience for it.It’s bad enough this location’s inventory is abysmal but to hire rude staff too?? COME ON.

Recently moved to Loganville about six months ago so I’m not sure if this is usual, but Baskin Robbins closes 25 minutes early. I was in the mood for some ice cream around 8p. I looked up what time Baskin Robbins closed and it said 9p online. I arrived at 8:35p and they were closed. This is unacceptable.

This location is always out of stuff! I went two days ago for a cappuccino blast and they had no ice cream for it. I went today and they claimed that their mix was frozen. At his is a regular occurrence. They’re either either out of something or something is broken or they’ve closed early. This location is NOT the one. I mean, I’ve never seen an ice cream place run out of vanilla so much—that should be the one flavor they ALWAYS have…

Most of the time I ask for a cappuccino blast they are out of product or I asked for one after 45 minutes waiting for the business to open it was 5after 6 when two people's came to open the business and asked for a cappuccino blast was told that she's not opening the Baskin Robbins side yet ?

Creature creations for my kid was mismatched and didn’t find out beforehand. They said they have all of the cones but didn’t have waffle cones. We got ice cream in a bowl and they informed us after we paid that the “taste test” spoons were all they had available.

If I could issue Zero Stars- I would say that's what THIS location has earned. I am really confused as to why this is even considered an ice cream shop/parlor. After making a simple sundae request via third party delivery- I was informed that several items were not available to include simple items such as almonds (topping) ice cream flavors, and fruit gels (toppings). I could better understand this if I were ordering from lets say a fast food chain that doesn't necessarily focus on ice cream products; HOWEVER I don't know what other items are of importance in an ICE cream parlor. Picture being pregnant and bedridden and craving a ?, only to be informed that the ice cream place doesn't have half of what makes a sundae- that is not my scenario, but can you imagine the disappointment!

Ordered a banana split paid $6.49. They didn't have any bananas. The no banana split was put in a regular ice cream cup, with no type of nuts available and topped with about 10 cherries. Not a very good experience.

Helpful staff. This particular location has a Dunkin' Donuts inside the same store as well. Ice cream and coffee. How can you go wrong!
