I stated to the drive-thru cashier, "Your sign is missing an "n". It's American, not America, she did not seem to care at all and disregarded my assistance.
She could have removed the sign and made the correction, or told the MOD to re-write.

Went here on 12/5/24. ordered a egg& cheese biscuit on a dark biscuit. It looked very neatly prepared, and biscuit was not coming apart. The only thing I would say is they might have should have cooked a few minutes longer, as after the first bite it was doughy tasting. Everyone was nice, so I would recommend you give this location a try.

The cashier lady took my order just fine as I waited for my food the lady prepping the food called my order out and I said is mine she pull the bag back and looked at the cashier as if I she was in doubt it was my order. It came across very discriminatory, as if I was going to steal BEC biscuit and a southern biscuit with my work uniform….

terrible quality control, customer service etc. you won't get what you ordered half the time doesn't matter if you paid for it. Hopefully they shut down like all the other places near them

Chicken sandwich tasted like it was fried in old cooking oil and the fries were only lukewarm. I'm sad to say that more and more takeout restaurant's are failing miserably as they raise their prices.

Went there for breakfast this morning and went inside to order because the drive thru was wrapped around the building . The staffing here is the problem… breakfast rushes are hard I get it but the lady putting the orders in bags was overwhelmed and kept screaming I am just 1 person and being horrible to All the customers. She is a brunette with short hair and was wearing a Georgia bulldogs shirt. Since she wasn’t in uniform I hope she wasn’t the manager??
This will make the second time that I have came to this Bojangles. They say they close at 10 online, but they close at 9 o'clock so I'm trying somebody help me to understand why is it that they close at 9 instead of 10 like it says online for everything.

Went in to get a quick breakfast sandwich. Ordered 2 got 1. The drink machine has 2 Pepsi dispensers and if you don’t look closely one of them is Pepsi Zero. Watch out or you’ll windup with the wrong one.

If I could give a 0 star review, that is what I would be doing worst customer service ever and I have lived in Loganville for 20 something years and I can tell you I will not be going back to Bojangles in Loganville. They need new staff.
