We were hesitant to come here bc of the score on reviews but the wings, fries and bacon burger we had were ON POINT! Very happy! Will def come back!

I had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was prompt and courteous. Also, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. This is my grandson‘s favorite place to eat. I highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings!

Calledin an order on Tuesday 4/23... took forever to answer the phone and the person who answered was half listening.. It's Tuesday wing buy 10 and get the second 10 50% off. I was charged full price and didn't receive carrots and celery I ordered...

Absolutely Love BWW! Wings are top shelf! This is notta sit in restaurant. Pick-up with a couple of tables and a restroom. But the Staff & Service is off the Chain! Polite, Courteous & Informative! Don't Miss!

We ordered wings and sides and paid almost $60 for them online for Superbowl Sunday on February 11th 2024. The pickup time given was 6:30 pm. My husband arrived at 6:30 pm to pickup the wings and the store was way behind on the orders. After waiting about 30 minutes my husband told the staff to cancel his order and refund his money. They wrote his name down and said they'd process the refund at the end of business.We have yet to receive the refund for the food we didn't receive because the restaurant was unable to keep up with producing the orders. My husband has called the store twice asking about the refund. He called today and was told it'll be another week and a half before he gets a refund!!!What?!?... Well needless to say, we've filed a dispute with our bank for goods not received. No where in America does it take 30 days to refund someone money. This is a bad business practice and your business will fail if you continue to operate in this manner.We absolutely will not be patronizing this business again. Do better people!!!

First time being here and wasn't impressed. Ordered a 10 piece wings with the "Sauce Gardener" limited time sauce/spicy garlic combo and lemon pepper dry rub wrap for my wife. The wings were dry. Both meat and sauce. When I went there to pick it up, they had just finished making them. I live about 10 mins away max. When I got home, the wings only had one sauce on all 10 (spicy garlic) and seemed as if the sauce had already dried up on them which made me think they weren't freshly tossed. Like I could run my finger across the wing and not have any sauce on my finger. My wife said the wrap wasn't too bad but didn't really taste like lemon pepper. Don't see myself going back there in the future or recommending them for wings unless they decide to remake my wings on their dime.
