I love Burger KING! Have eat it for many years! This place has totally messed up 6 out of 8 orders. I kept going back!! NO MORE! Service is awful, they don’t give a flip either way. If they can understand English and can work the computer they still can’t get it right!!! I give up ! There no excuse other than just pure ignorance and not paying attention.
The people screaming in the background at the drive thru is a joke no wonder they messs up so much!

I made my online order in for dine in at this location. After being inside for a few minutes I went up to the counter to wait for my food. I stood there almost 15 minutes while two employees stood there with my back to me. Both looked at me several times but neither one acknowledged me, they just stood there bagging up food. Went thru drive thru, ordered a ham and cheese croissant, asked that they please not put egg on it. Recieve my order and there is egg on it. Because of the virus I'm not able to go inside to have this fixed, I now have to wait in the drive thru line again. After waiting on several cars in front of me, I finally get to the window and am handed a ham and cheese croissant.
