They are not truly a one star experience but not deserving of the current four star rating, I tried it when it first came out and it wasn't terrible but wasn't good at all, I waited a few months to try again and was disappointed again. I tried it one more time last week and it wasn't bad but just isn't anywhere near as good as Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, or a mom and pop shop. Just over priced and pretty basic coffee. Very friendly workers though

Their coffee is amazing. However, never order off their app. I did this this morning and they charged me twice but my coffee order never went through. I went in and they told me it wasn't showing up and there was nothing they could do. They gave us the customer service number to call. When we did, they also said that it wasn't showing up and it might come back onto our card tomorrow. If not, they are closed over the weekend and they will get to it Monday. I also heard one of the employees mention that I am not the first person this has happened to. I understand that sometimes technology can be difficult, however it is the job of customer service to handle these things quickly and efficiently. The customer service person basiy told me its probably fine and we will see in a couple days if it shows up. That is unacceptable considering the economy and how people are living paycheck to paycheck right now.

This place is a joke. The “manager” on duty couldn’t get the app to scan on multiple computers, after taking my phone, I only had the app and not my purse, she said there was nothing she could do. Her name was “Vanessa” I told her I was going to Starbucks where I could use the ap. This is the third time.
We only stop once a week.. but my son loves their Maple Waffle breakfast sandwich and their coffee. The employees are always very nice.

They have the BEST coffee! A bit on the pricy side but Definitely beats Starbucks and Dunkin in my opinion. I always order the frozen caramel frappe and the maple oatmeal and it’s delicious + hits the spot every time. Love this place!! Please continue to stay on
