We asked for fajitas plate onion was burned black steak was asked for medium was over cooked . Margaritas tasted bad . Beans charros had a bad taste .

I'm not sure what the other reviews come from but I can tell you my food experience was horrible. Everything tastes the same and look the same.
The taco the enchilada the chili relleno were all the same no sauce no sour cream nothing to Jazz it up just pretty much plain.

We were already disappointed that some of the items Chapo's offered when they first opened were no longer available. But during our most recent experience, we had to change 3 of our orders because they ran out of the main ingredient for two of them. Out of curiosity, we asked if they would offer a discount of $10 off (less than the cost of one meal no longer available) on a bill more than $100 since more than one person in our party would have to get something other than want the wanted to not inconvenience everyone ordering. The manager said that we could just cancel the whole order. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with this service since we frequent this establishment often and always with a party of 5 or more.

I went there with my husband on a double date with some friends we enjoy the drinks and the food but the decor made us so uncomfortable. Please consider changing out the art work

Food is nasty

I got food poisoning and just threw up my whole meal from this place.

This place though it seems unassuming the food, service and atmosphere was a cut above been there maybe three times now and a hit everytime. The food is great and the staff are friendly and attentive. The music is good and its east to get to. Five stars all the way.

Wow! The service and food was AMAZING! We were pleasantly full. Fajitas were chef’s kiss perfect! I didn’t include a picture, because the food is GONE! Food coma time. The wait for the food was slightly longer than we would have wanted, but we had chips and salsa and the food was worth the wait.

Best drinks and food by far!
This is our go-to spot whenever I’m grabbing food and drinks with my best friend. We always have a great time here. The atmosphere is welcoming the moment you walk in. The chips and salsa they bring out while you wait? Always amazing. The server and manager both checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

There are simply not enough words (en inglés o en español) to adequately describe the wonder of our experience at Chapo's Tequilas & Grill! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted as family! In celebration of my fiancé's birthday, and after an eventful morning of golf, our party of 10 came ready to eeeeat! Vanessa, Chapo's gregarious manager, immediately seated us. Rodolfo, our kind and seasoned server, kept the drinks flowing and attended to our every desire with a warm smile. All entrees were delivered freshly-made, beautifully-plated, abounding with the flavors of home! Vanessa even went so far as to provide a birthday soundtrack, wide-rimmed sombrero, and a shot for the birthday boy! What a time! Thank you, CHAPO'S, for making this day extraordinary! We can't wait to return!

CHAPO, YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER!!!!!!!! I’m giving zero stars for atmosphere because of the experience I just had. There was a group there celebrating a birthday and they were so loud that I couldn’t even hear my wife talking to me and it was only us at our table. Then someone working here decided it was time to turn on 50 Cent on FULL BLAST!!! It was so bad that two other parties rushed to leave outta there. We complained to our server and he said he would talk to the manager. He came back with our bill without as much as an apology from the manager or any adjustment on the bill for the inconvenience. I asked him what the manager had to say and he asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager. Why would I if you talked to him and he didn’t come to our table, adjust the bill, tell the server to apologize, nothing!!! We told the server that we wouldn’t be coming back and instead of insisting that we speak to the manager instead of losing our business he apologized for “doing this” and he offered us his business card. WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?! I guess the party who spent the most meant the most. I paid the bill and left his tip, the receipt and the business card at the table NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN, I promise!!!!!

My family and I had dinner at the restaurant last night. The service started off well, but unfortunately, the food was terrible. Everyone left half of their meals unfinished and said they would only return for the drinks, which were very good. We were celebrating two birthdays, but one person had to leave because we waited about 20 minutes for them to bring out the cake, and then another 20 minutes for the check. Given that the restaurant was empty, I don't understand why there was such a long wait. I would not go back for the food, but I would return for the drinks.
