I have experienced several issues here before but today topped it. I made it right at the mark for breakfast by the time the worker started to take my order it was 10:31. He said they don’t allow breakfast orders after 10:30 but he will confirm with management. Management wouldn’t allow. Also not to mention I would have to sit in my car in line just to wait to exit with no food. I understand policies but I have experienced this location with extremely long wait periods and never complained. I have experienced wrong or missing items I didn’t notice until I reached hole and never complained. There was no extreme line behind me waiting for lunch items so I’m not sure what the issue was. Needless to say I will never visit again.

This was my first time here since they rebuilt the building.. My food was hot.. however.. my sandwich looked rather small..now i don't eat fast food as much as I use to.. but lord.. this sandwich was very small.. My fries were hot, but the grease needed to be changed... I'm not mad.. and I'm not satisfied either..

I’ve never had a chick fa la experience this bad. I ordered a Cobb salad with no bacon, no tomato. When I got home I realized they still put bacon and tomato’s on my salad, but that wasn’t even the worst of it. The chicken and fries were so staled as if I was given day old food, it wasn’t even edible. I call them to come to a resolution and was put on hold for over 10 minutes until I hung up. So that’s that, won’t be back.

They built this nice location with a horrible entrance but we manage in a full size truck to how get it. But hit the curb half the time. Sad. Ordered my food and because the staff is a the same now, I got a chicken sandwich combo sauce and mayo. Easy. Got my food and fries. The drink was literally half full there was no sauce no mayo no straw no napkins! I asked the girl for my sauce and mayo. She brought it i noticed the straw missing she went back and got it i noticed the napkins were not there. I asked her she went back to get. By that time I just left. Horrible service and the staff is killing it. Im not gonna make any race comments because this is enough. Hire a better staff. Watch the customers give better reviews.

Ordered a salad in drive thru asked server for extra dressing she never asked how many or it was extra then when they give you the meal and I ask for extra dressing they said no told her what was told to server the MANGERS both said no so I asked for my money back. Poor sevvice managers and owners too arguing over two packs of dressing for some lettuce and little bit of chicken respect for this restaurant is lost acting like there competitors down the street.

Didn't feel like chick fil a...felt like MacDonalds. The employees were just bots waiting to take your order, and I was in line for that order for over 20 minutes. It's not a drive thru, it's an extension of the parking lot.

I’ve had repeat poor customer service experiences here that fall below the standard other locations have set and upheld for years. The staff is young and don’t care. My order continues to be wrong I always have to check for missing items, never a friendly or apologetic attitude when I talk to staff about issues.
