0/10 Chick-fil-A experience. Cramped, drive-through, bad customer service, horrible food. Employees interested and dismissive, food came out lukewarm, and overcooked. I ate three french fries and threw them away. Bad location.

This is the third time that we have picked up dinner on different weekday evenings and had my grilled chicken nuggets look like they were rolled in charcoal. They need to scrape the grill down more frequently between orders. It really causes the taste to be more burnt than grilled.I love the flavor of their grilled nuggets when they are less charred and I know it would be possible to control that more effectively!Please do better!!

People inside the window should treat the people that are running the orders a lot better, I just witnessed a Hispanic gentleman telling this guy grab a old order and go, the guy ignored him in the gentleman, come back and say the same thing again, but with profanity in front of me, a customer And a gentleman that was running the order turn around and use profanity back with him and say if you say that one more time, I just told the runner, thank you for making sure that all order is correct as he stated to the gentleman hold on man I’m trying to make sure these orders are right.Definitely an unprofessional ExperienceIt was not A Pleasure.

I always use this chicfila. It's my favorite place to eat; however, today my fries are cold, I asked for light ice and pickles and got neither.Bad day at chicfila.Today 4/17they forgot my drinks.

pretty terrible experience and the play place isn’t open which my toddler was very upset about.no napkins in the lobby. floors were dirty. took forever to get someone to make eye contact to ask for napkins. just not the typical chik fil a experience. will not be returning.

Definitely not the usual CFA experience-many employees, but only one register open even with customers waiting. The only employee to speak to me was the one at the register, and she seemed a little lost (at least she was pleasant). I had eye contact with several employees, but none of them spoke or even smiled. I was saddened when CFA corporate chose to remove the lyrics from their music and play instrumental Christian music only, but this restaurant had taken that several steps away and was playing secular music (with lyrics). This was a very sad CFA visit for us!!
I don't know if they have ever got my order right. They hire the dumbest people they can find.
