The service is so bad! I ordered a drink, and it literally tasted like sugar water. I asked the manager is she could remake it she said they could not. The hostess stared into space before addressing me after I told her I added myself to the waitlist. Something is not right with staff at this location.

Ordered delivery. Order arrived on time. My issue is that one of the orders was supposed to be a full rack of ribs and they delivered a half rack. Tried to call the restaurant and I have been put on hold twice and left there and now no one answers the phone. Do not order a full rack of ribs to be delivered. You will shorted and then no resolution. And that is a shame because the food was not bad just their service is bring this place down.

I LOVED my experience here. I have a lg family so it’s a job to go anywhere. Grace was our server and she was AMAZING!!! It so hard to find a good server. She kept our drinks full, (big pet peeve of mine) dirty dishes off the table, and very prompt service. She was very attentive. Cambry brought our food out. She was SUPER respectful and helpful. She immediately got us everything we needed. We will definitely be back soon. Big kudos to Grace, Cambry, and the whole crew at Chili’s in Loganville

Always love Chili's but last time was really strange. When you walked in they read you a list of everything they were out of and the list was so long!!!! But they had a burger (no fries) and tenders . We will try again sometime
Took a lot longer waiting than expected. Plenty of open tables but told it was a 'kitchen thing' that was cause of delay. Our server was excellent and was very pleasant and customer experience focused.

I went with my husband and our server Makayla got his order wrong and when I told her about it she started giving attitude and kept ignoring us while we were trying to get her attention to figure out how to pay. Then we find out he got double charged for his order... We waited forever for food and my husband was waiting an hour again for someone to help him with the double charge on the order they got wrong. by the end of it they never gave the refund for his meal. we are never coming here again

Me and my wife went here after our friends funeral and they messed up my order. i clearly asked for honey chipotle and not bbq. but when they finally gave me the right order after 20 minutes they charged me twice for it as shown on receipt. I had to wait forever for someone to come see my issue. All i asked was a refund for the double charge. The cashier worker and other employees had no idea what to do even though i showed them the recipt, the server, and even the card info and name i payed under. Untill finally the manager then said he will go see what he can do. Then i waited another eternity and he said that he submitted a request to return to their IT people and that it will show as pending in my bank then the amount will be refunded. And that never happened.. and their scammy game screen got me the first time i ever went there and probably tricked a lot of others too. I clicked on a game then closed out because i was curious and it charged me for playing games on their little tablet console which i had no idea it even charged me for that at first because it literally says nothing about having to pay to play those games on their tablet. No one would pay $3 or even $1 to play an old nokia golf game as if everyone in this world doesn't have a smartphone. They only have it to trick people into clicking a game so you can be charged. This place is trash.. wasted 2+ hours there waiting for help and my food and they took my money thinking I wouldn't care about being double charged. The waiter makayla gave crazy attitude just after we said we got the wrong order and she definitely double charged on purpose because how do you mess that up? You literally have to go out of your way to click in our order a second time it was clearly done on purpose. I didn't tip for a reason. Never going to a chillies again in my life

The restaurant itself was short staff when we arrived so we were told. You wouldn't have thought that though. We were a party of 6 and were sat down within 5 minutes. It was probably the fastest and most efficient visit to Chili's I've ever had. Super pleased!!
