Chipotle Mexican Grill

I should’ve known better from past experiences, but had a taste for it today and was hoping my experience would be different. Ordered a burrito and was hoping each bite would have some sort of meat in it but no. Half the burrito didn’t even have ANY chicken in it. For as much as this costs each bite should have whatever meat you choose in it. No way Chipotle can keep getting away with this.

This chipotle always has fresh and delicious food. A little over priced considering the portion sizes in my opinion, but great food nonetheless. Associates always are kind and have a smile on there face

I recently placed an online pickup order from this Chipotle location, and I was extremely disappointed. When I got home and opened the food, the smell was so bad it was inedible, it had a sour, rotten odor that made us lose our appetite immediately. I’ve never experienced anything like this from Chipotle before. This was such a huge letdown, and because of how unpleasant and unsafe this felt, I will not be returning to this location again.

They skimp on portions even when you ask for extra

I came in at 8:30 to get a bowl and everything that I asked for they did not have any more in stock when the sign clearly says that they close at 11. Nor did they try to accommodate me. It was very rude. Very nasty.!!!!!

This is LITERALLY THE SECOND TIME IVE RECEIVED UNCOOKED RICE! This location used to be good. I don’t know if it’s the teens working there or just plain negligence. I called in this complaint last month and still I’m getting a bowl of HALF COOKED RICE. Management needs to get it together. No body should have to pay for crunchy rice.

They literally serve you slop when you order through uber eats. I’ve ordered this same meal in person and not only is the presentation better, but the portions are extremely different

Came to their location around 9:50 and they were closed even though online hours states they close at 11 and the employee was sitting on his phone.

I usually enjoy the food but tonight my experience was very unpleasant. We did an online order and when the food was delivered I was greatly disappointed. I had a veggie bowl. There was hardly anything in it. A tiny scoop of guacamole that you couldn’t hardly see, pica de Galla was not in there, 4 peppers and not to mention the rice was soggy and soft. I tried calling the store countless times only to keep getting the automated system that kept changing my request. I am a very easy going person, but this situation has me a bit upset.

The person who took my order stated they couldn’t mixed my burrito up before rolling it. Every state I’ve got chipotle could do it but here in Georgia. Not happy!!

If you don’t like eating at Chipotle Loganville, you don’t like eating at Chipotle. Every visit, the very fine staff somehow outdo themselves. They go above and beyond (the bowl) with every grain of race, every delicious cut of meat, and every topping is perfectly placed to create a flavor profile that takes the enjoyer back in time to their first taste of Mexican cuisine. It is, quite frankly, art in a bowl. To the staff, keep up the great work. To the beautiful people of Loganville, Ga, allow yourselves to be enlightened on the possibilities of not only Mexican food itself, but of the service that inspires it. On my dying day, I will eat a double steak bowl from this very establishment. Chipotle Loganville, you are my life. Keep it fresh.

My first visit to Chipotle but will not be my last. My Bowl was delish. I rated the atmosphere with a 4 because it was SO VERY COLD in the dining room. Guess they still had the AC on. Not good for people eating "in" as it was very cold and windy outside.

For some reason even the chicken is spicy lol.... so just becareful when you eat here. Over all the food taste like any other Chipotle...dry and you have to add some guacamole for it to taste like something .
