My toast was burned. And. I literally only had 20 French fries in my chicken basket.

I went to the Dairy Queen in Winder yesterday-the dipped cone was so GOOD- I told my daughter about it. We decided to go back- this one in Loganville was on the way to our destination so we went there. Only 1 other person in the drive thru. No one came to the mic- finally I go up and place my order. Oreo Blizzard, Cherry Dipped Cone and a small fry- $12.81! The blizzard had specks of cookie, the dipped cone was SOFT! I expressed my displeasure- a very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE lady came over and said you got what you ordered and was Nasty!
The food was Awful, I could taste the freezer burn, the service was terrible! I will never go back to this DQ again- I suggest anyone thinking of trying this spot to reconsider !

Terrible, a total disservice to the Dairy Queen brand. I visited this location with my two sons the Friday before father's day. They used their allowance money to treat me and we were all wishing we went some where else after we were finished. The dining room is old and in dire need of a major face lift. Lighting was bad and it felt musty. The booths are worn out and dirty. The employees looked as if they were being held hostage, not a smile in sight. Our food was delivered by a young man who didn't say a word, smile or make eye contact as he placed our food on the table. The food was ok but no where near the quality that we are accustom to at DQ. The biggest kicker was dessert. We ordered 3 small blizzards, all the same type, and they were a feeble attempt at best. Toppings were barely mixed and they tasted off. They weren't the same as our normal DQ. Almost as if they ran out of the right topping/mix and were trying to pass off something else in its place. When we spoke with the order taker and told her that we did not like them she just blew us off and had a oh well too bad attitude. We asked for a small portion of sauce to add to the Blizzards and they said that they would have to charge us. I was blown away. I could not believe that after spending $45 for three people to eat they had the audacity to ask for more money for their poor performance. This is not how you treat customers. Especially in these times with costs so high and with so many dining options to choose from. The smallest effort by anyone in this restaurant to make their customers happy would have avoided a one star review. It is just a matter of time before this place is closed and something new is built in its place. I know you see it, food cost is steadily climbing, you can't get good people to work for the rate that you need to pay in order to keep your primary costs were they need to be to turn a profit. Electricity and utility costs are double what they used to be and there is no chance they will return to what they were. In the back of your mind you know that you are one major repair (hvac, turbochef, ice cream machine) away from being negative for the rest of the year. So you cut corners and accept. Oh well have fun on your sinking ship.

They literally refused to give me my food through the drive through with no legitimate explanation. Horrible customer service.

Also $4.19 for the tiniest blizzard known to man.

Will be my last visit.
Take your money to Brusters……

Establishment was not clean.
Much confusion regarding service.
Hot fudge sundae was simply chocolate syrup.
Will not be back.

They have discontinued coleslaw. They really need to bring it back. The chili dog was okay, but it really needed coleslaw.

Excellent restaurant. The manager? Acts like he wants your business. Very nice. Friendly. The mint Oreo blizzard was fresh. The male employee wiped the cup clean of any over fill. Hamburger very tasty. I like this Dairy Queen.

Vegetarian options: Oreo blizzard was a drink with a spoon. Not a cake. It was not a choice here

All of the burgers are 2 or 3 patties with bacon! They don't have a single patty burger with mayo, lettuce & tomato. All you get is ketchup, mustard and pickles.
Yuck! What a huge gigantic disappointment. Never again.

This service is terrible...packs of ketchup were placed under my fries to fill the container. Also, I ordered a 3pc Chicken Strip Dinner which was incomplete with food. I will not shop here again and do not recommend to anyone else.
