Horrible experience! Order atwo fish taco meal with small fries and a drink. The fish must have been on the warmer for hours they where completely dried out. It was like chewing on rubber everything else was fine but i was craving those fish tacos. I won't be returning !! ✌

11:10pm: 2 cars waiting at the window when i pull in. They tell me to wait at the speaker box,and it winds up being 10 min before she took my order. When I pulled around the building, 1 car from before was still sitting there waiting on food. 2 minutes later I pull forward, I wait another 10 minutes for the food.. I ordered a mini chocolate shake and was given literally 1/2 of it filled with chocolate shake and the rest was whip cream.. I get home within 5 minutes, the new carnitas fries were good, but it was like half of a box and maybe 1 spoonful of pork, a little cheese and sour cream plopped in the middle, not like the picture at all and Was disappointing a bit but the taste was good. and the 3 cheese nachos had queso that has good flavor, but the little amount of shredded cheese wasn't melted and the hard refried beans were like glue in the middle of the box on top of the chip.. I did really like the chicken ranch wrap. Although I will say, The ranch should be on the side because it kinda makes the bread of the chicken and tortilla soggy with the lettuce. Just so you know, I finally got home at 11:37. ? the cheesecake bites are so good though and made up at the end of my meal.

I love Del Taco's $5 deals, you can't go wrong! On a tight budget but hungry? Try the $5 meal deals. You get a decent amount of food and even a small drink (and their small drink is bigger than the competitor's). I have been very thankful when I am in a hurry and need to feed hungry kids on a small budget.

A lot of negative reviews for this location so I was a little leery about trying it but I am glad I did. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Leaving a star off because a lot of their sodas in their fountain machine tasted off.

This place is awesome.. service with a smile.. always polite.. food is absolutely great.. doesn't taste like fast food.. I tip the person at the drive through $10 bucks every visit.. they definitely deserve extra. There is not another fast food drive-through in town that does this good of a job as these folks

I've been to this location several times and they seem to always be out of a lot of ingredients. Last night, they had no chicken, no fish, no shrimp, no guacamole, no queso. Almost every menu item was missing some of the necessary ingredients.

I downloaded the app and got two free tacos. Along with that I order a zero sugar lemonade with strawberries at the bottom, and an order of churros. My food was great, hot, and fresh. The customer service could have been better, but other than that no complaints.

Horrible place to eat! My family and I went to Del Taco last night. I ordered fish tacos. I asked my husband to stop and make sure that she understood that i wanted flour tortillas and not corn. He mentioned it again. She said she understood. My reason for doing this is because each time i say this i get home and have corn tortillas. Of course i get my bag and once again they are on corn tortillas. I stated to the lady at the window. I specifically made it clear that i wanted flour tortillas. I guy comes from the back who had to have heard this and says ill get you two flour tortillas. Now of course im thinking theyre going to give me what i ordered. He literally comes from the back with two empty flour tortillas! I was stunned and horrified! They expected me to scrubb the sauce off of the corn tortillas and switch it myself! I looked at the lady in the window and simply asked. Is there a reason I can not get what I originally ordered properly? Her reply "Well give me all the stuff and i'll do it" as if there was a problem that i was asking for my order to be given to me properly. She made us pull around to the back of the building where we proceeded to get left for ten minutes while waiting on them to make two flour fish tacos. While sitting there of course i discovered we had fries that looked days old. I was not going to sit for another 10 minutes waiting on fries. Of course the fish you could tell had been sitting for hours under a heat lamp. This was it for me, Will not be back to the Loganville GA location.
It’s hard to find good customer service these days, especially in the drive-thru. Samai’s positive attitude is infectious and we wanted to publicly recognize her for making our experience great. Keep it up!

I did not go inside for my order, just drove thru. Ordered the taco salad with beef with a drink and used the coupon for the free drink. Total was about $7.00. I always like coming here- their food is always so fresh!

Everyone has there taste preference, but my opinion I will take Del Taco before Taco Bell any day. Dell Taco has a lot more options on food, sauce is comparable but the Del sauce seems better. Only problem is you usually have to wait a few minutes if you get a hamburger but it is a really good thing to have on menu the burger and fries with a lot of variety of tacos

Horribly run location and looks to have been that way for a couple years at least according to reviews. I just waited at the order box for more than a couple minutes with dead silence on the other end. No acknowledgment that I was there, no asking me to hold on a minute… nothing. So I pulled up to the window as the box clearly says to do if you can’t order at the box.. I wait for at least 10 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order, then am sarcastically greeted by the girl at the window who was also wearing the mic to take orders. After explaining that I didn’t order at the box because it was dead silent for a good while, she laughed and told me I could order by driving around and getting in the line that had formed while I was waiting. I walked into the lobby and the girl with the mic laughed and then slipped off into the back to avoid the counter. No one is holding anyone accountable here. People have been saying management here is awful for a while, and they are by no means wrong in saying so. This location should be shut down considering the rotten and missing food reported from several of the reviews I’ve read. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to give them my money yet I still feel like “I want my money back”
