Terrible costumer service i had my own coffee cup to fill it up and the manager refuse to fill it up never spending my money at this dunkin again

The coffee is so bad here. Every once in a while I stop by because this is the closest one to my house but every time I’m disappointed. The employees are sweet and try their best but they just can’t make coffee

I while back I could not stand dunkin but this dunkin does really well for the most part ,apart from the fact that EVERY time I order a sandwich the cheese is NEVER melted and the sandwich is never hot 😅 it drives me crazy. They have the occasional slip up like today forgetting my cold foam but they quickly added it for me, no issue. Just pleaseeee please start actually warming the sandwiches so the cheese is actually melted.

Server at counter use the same gloves worn to take payment to also pickup donuts WITHOUT tissue paper. This is the second time I saw her do this and the second time I had to ask her to replace the donut and change gloves. I will not be returning to this dunkin.

I paid $8.47 for this, so call breakfast sandwich just to find out the bread wasn't toasted and the eggs rubbery, I took it back for a fresh toasted sandwich as it's shown on their site, and I taken a look at the sandwich before leaving and I get back home pick the sandwich up the low down dummies only toasted it on one side, I guess toasting both sides was just to hard and to much work for them??

Visit this location frequently. They are typically mediocre so I don’t post a review. There is one lady in a Hijab that has always been friendly to my son and I and we love her. Haven’t seen her around recently. And lately their staff has changed. They recently changed management or got bought out.

I visited today and realized I was .50c short on my app so I had to add a dollar. The lady at the register (heavy set Asian lady) tapped her fingers on the window and seemed annoyed. There was no one waiting behind me. It’s Sunday. That is extremely rude to a paying customer. But because it’s Sunday, I let it slide. Next time I won’t.

Also, reading former customers complaints, seems as though she may need to be let go or retrained. Either one would be best for your Business.

Management respectfully please get your new crew together, before us regulars do. ☺️

In regards to my coffee and donuts, they are fine. But the service negates that.

More than one person asked us what were waiting on in drive thru, then tall guy with beard and glasses rolled his eyes. Then proceeded to give us the wrong order and closed the window as we were trying to say something.

They require u to go thru the ordering line in drive thru to pickup an online order! Like whattttt!!! There a reason why they got online order& drive thru pickup! To make it fast and easy for such orders. First Dunkin that asked me to do that all these years. They need to get that option out if cuz it’s pointless to have it.

The location is going downhill lately. I used to come here in the mornings before work but they are rarely open when they are suppose to be. IF they are open then they only do drive trough. I order my coffee as a walk in so I don't have to wait an extra 30 minutes on my prepaid coffee order... the manger usually gives people lots of attitude about it. but they don't have a sign up or anything for being closed inside? Only go to this location if you are in a pinch and don't have anywhere to be...

Abdul was very rude. I always come here. They discontinued honey and mayo then told me I had to pay for butter. Is the struggle that real ? Of course it franchise owned so they don’t care about customer service. I see them shutting down soon.
