Drinks are still good, food service needs to be thoroughly evaluated, doughnuts are stale and mediocre, sandwiches are bland and cheese isn't even fully melted on sandwich. Unappetizing and waste of money.

Okay so I ordered the new loaded hashbrowns with no bacon because I just can’t eat bacon and not only did they give me bacon on the loaded hashbrowns they also gave me a bacon egg and cheese when I asked for the sausage egg and cheese.i also ordered a coffee with six sugars it was still bitter.But yeah I didn’t really have the best experience here

I go here every once in a while as a local. Their staff are okay mannered, but they are SLOW. I’m talking it takes 30 mins for me to get one coffee sometimes. They tried to charge me for a pup cup after getting one for free after all the times before. They also play weird dubstep music in the lobby which is annoying when doing a study session. If you want to go to a better Dunkin, don’t be afraid to drive 20 more mins to Monroe Dunkin.

The coffee is so bad here. Every once in a while I stop by because this is the closest one to my house but every time I’m disappointed. The employees are sweet and try their best but they just can’t make coffee

I while back I could not stand dunkin but this dunkin does really well for the most part ,apart from the fact that EVERY time I order a sandwich the cheese is NEVER melted and the sandwich is never hot 😅 it drives me crazy. They have the occasional slip up like today forgetting my cold foam but they quickly added it for me, no issue. Just pleaseeee please start actually warming the sandwiches so the cheese is actually melted.

Swing by try to get a cake but only have couple in the freezer , not much selection.
Server at counter use the same gloves worn to take payment to also pickup donuts WITHOUT tissue paper. This is the second time I saw her do this and the second time I had to ask her to replace the donut and change gloves. I will not be returning to this dunkin.

I paid $8.47 for this, so call breakfast sandwich just to find out the bread wasn't toasted and the eggs rubbery, I took it back for a fresh toasted sandwich as it's shown on their site, and I taken a look at the sandwich before leaving and I get back home pick the sandwich up the low down dummies only toasted it on one side, I guess toasting both sides was just to hard and to much work for them?? Don't bother to visit this location
