Ordered bacon and a stuffed bagel. He gave me bacon that was burnt to black. I smelled it before he gave me the bag. He knew burnt and the bagel was still frozen in the middle. Food is too expensive and times are too hard to treat people like objects. You know better do the right thing especially when customers keep your business successful.

Placed order. Received someone else’s drink, bagel not toasted and not even warm, cheese not melted on breakfast sandwich and when I called to try to resolve issue no one answered. Spent over $30 on this order so very disappointed. Last several times ordering have had similar experience.

I've been here several times and every time my drinks aren't hot like other locations. Additionally they put a lot of foam in my latte and the cup is half empty. I asked them to remake it it was the same. I hate giving bad reviews and I love patronizing this location but this is unacceptable.
For the most part the people were pleasant and accommodating not that's it.

Always a great quick grab for Coffee and a Doughnut if you feel like having a cheat day—lol
Coffee always tastes off, like they haven't been cleaning their espresso machines often enough. You can actually tell when they haven't if you've had espresso from any other place or if you make it at home. The limescale buildup causes the coffee to taste bitter and acidic. Any time I order food it's either stale, tasteless or they forget something. Dunkin has gone down in quality across the board recently and this one in particular is awful.

Donuts are better than Krispy Kreme, but at night the Dunkin Donuts are cold and not fresh at all. Also they could add a little more glaze but not nearly as much as Krispy Kreme.

This Dunkin’ is hands down the best one around! 🙌 The way they prepare their food and drinks is far superior to other Dunkin’s nearby. Their avocado toast is always made perfectly, with plenty of bacon 🥓 and avocado spread 🥑 Never skimpy. The donuts are more than not fresh and so so soft.
The drinks here are incredible, too. Unlike some coffee places where the flavor is watered down, this location consistently serves drinks with bold, solid flavor ☕️👌 On top of that, the service is quick. Even with a long line, I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes or less.
Friendly, fast, and delicious…......this Dunkin’ sets the bar high! 💯

It would be nice if staff actually gave decent service to customers. Had to get my own receipt because the half-interested employee sat my box down then walked away. He didn’t seem like he really wanted to serve me/take my order. Next time, I’ll just go to Ingles. Better donuts!
