Order two separate to-go orders with waffles and French toast and they put no syrup in the bag or utensils. When you put in an order on the site, it has you specify what syrup you want… They also do not answer the phone. They weren’t even busy when I went to pick it up. I suggest going to the snellville location instead. I will not be coming back to this one.

The absolute worst service I've experienced any where in a long time. Sat at the bar at 12:00 pm. Nobody spoke to me for almost 10 minutes. Finally gave my order and was given a near empty coffee pot. I spent the next 25 minutes waiting to on my order all the while nobody checked on me. When I finally got my food, it was warm and not very good. I'd heard great things, but I can't imagine coming back.

I normally go to the scenic highway location but today I decided to order online from the Loganville liston instead. The food didn't translate well on the to go side. Due to the fact that I placed an online order i couldn't cancel my order; but I had to wait over an hour for my food and still didn't get all of the items that I paid for. I live maybe 6 minutes away from the Loganville location and on top of the excessive wait, my food was cold. I used to work in F&B so I left a tip for my order for sub par execution on First Watches part. I'm very disappointed with my experience today and don't know if I want to continue patronizing this location. I was promised my food at 12:56PM and didn't receive it until 2:04PM which is completely unacceptable

Food selection was really good. Server was polite and attentive and the cost was reasonable. Saturday morning crowd and the location handle everything really well.
