Visited this location for a carry out order last night, 8/7/25. The order was made incorrectly, burgers had the wrong toppings and were missing the bacon, etc. I called the store to report it and the employee told me to come by the following evening to have the order remade at no cost. I am here now for the remake and the shift manager is disrespectful. She states “Oh she is here all the time trying to get free food. I see her all time, I know who she is. Last time it was her fries that were messed up. She just wants free food but I guess I will make it”. First of all, I eat at this location both dine in and carry out frequently. The only other occasion with the fries was months ago and the fries were undercooked and raw. I didn’t ask for free food during that instance. I entered feedback online and a manager called me and offered me the order to be redone. I only call when the food is actually incorrect and this is only the 2nd time in months. Five guys is expensive and I don’t expect to pay for food that is incorrect, missing items, and poor quality. A shift manager should not be making comments like that in front of a customer. It is unacceptable. I definitely won’t be back after this type of treatment from Five Guys.

So disgusting - he had on gloves but no hair net- i will not be back! Gross- he was the cook and prepared the burgers——do better five guys! All condiments including mayo was on counter and not in a cooler- health inspector please come!!

I tried to order to go today, and the manager on the phone “Shandella” was very rude and very dismissive like she didn’t wanna take anybody’s order. Extremely unprofessional and honestly very bad customer service. She started yelling at me and berating me . Five guys just lost a customer
Me, my wife and our 18m old went in yesterday. It was way more busy than usual. Most of the tables were dirty, there was trash and old napkins all over the floor and it just looked out of sorts. Anyway no matter we have ordered and eaten here many time. Unfortunately this time around everyone got food poisoning and have been up all night. The only one who didn’t get it was my daughter who only ate the fries. Idk what was happening yesterday but clearly there was a cleanliness step that was overlooked. I have eaten in many five guys and even this one over 10 times and this is the first time I’ve had a problem. Unfortunately I’m not sure I can trust this location again. Hope they see this and do a big cleaning. I hope we were the only ones affected.

I had a taste for a burger but I didn't want fast food necessarily. I haven't had five guys since I decided not to eat meat. I was looking for a thin steak burger. They only have 100% fresh beef. The staff was kind and helpful explaining how everything works. I was told a medium fry could feed 3-4 people. I would say back in day, yes. I believe it feeds 2 nowadays. You could stretch it to 3 if you had to. I was able to select my toppings and choose between original and Cajun fries. Cajun is my recommendation. You can select a double patty or single. I recommend a single, even for a guy. The customer service was good but the food didn't hit the spot like I was hoping. If I decide I want a burger, I'll fire up the grill or make a smash burger myself. If I was out and about, I would recommend giving them a try. It was decent in my opinion. Price is on the higher side but doable.

Quality has gone down. The store was clean, the service was great, but, my burger was mediocre, my food was warm not hot, the cheese on my burger didn't even melt. I had bottom of the barrel lettuce pieces barely holding on. Finally it's time to change the fry oil. Bleh.
