Me, my wife and our 18m old went in yesterday. It was way more busy than usual. Most of the tables were dirty, there was trash and old napkins all over the floor and it just looked out of sorts. Anyway no matter we have ordered and eaten here many time. Unfortunately this time around everyone got food poisoning and have been up all night. The only one who didn’t get it was my daughter who only ate the fries. Idk what was happening yesterday but clearly there was a cleanliness step that was overlooked. I have eaten in many five guys and even this one over 10 times and this is the first time I’ve had a problem. Unfortunately I’m not sure I can trust this location again. Hope they see this and do a big cleaning. I hope we were the only ones affected.

I had a taste for a burger but I didn't want fast food necessarily. I haven't had five guys since I decided not to eat meat. I was looking for a thin steak burger. They only have 100% fresh beef. The staff was kind and helpful explaining how everything works. I was told a medium fry could feed 3-4 people. I would say back in day, yes. I believe it feeds 2 nowadays. You could stretch it to 3 if you had to. I was able to select my toppings and choose between original and Cajun fries. Cajun is my recommendation. You can select a double patty or single. I recommend a single, even for a guy. The customer service was good but the food didn't hit the spot like I was hoping. If I decide I want a burger, I'll fire up the grill or make a smash burger myself. If I was out and about, I would recommend giving them a try. It was decent in my opinion. Price is on the higher side but doable.

Quality has gone down. The store was clean, the service was great, but, my burger was mediocre, my food was warm not hot, the cheese on my burger didn't even melt. I had bottom of the barrel lettuce pieces barely holding on. Finally it's time to change the fry oil. Bleh.

The most unprofessional establishment I have ever ordered from. I placed a delivery order on FIVE GUYS website at 7:22pm. By 8:12 I still hadn’t received the order . I called, store employee tells me my food was picked up and on the way. I called back at 8:30 because I still hadn’t received my food. I ask to speak to a manager. Store employee (same one) takes down my name and number and says he doesn’t have time to talk right now, he will call you back later today. It’s 8:30pm, they close at 10. How much of today is left? Mind you I have no food. I explained to the store employee that I needed to speak to the manager now because at this point I want a refund . Manager gets on the phone , he says and I quote “do you want to come get the food today or tomorrow ?” Please tell me why I would want to come get the food I ordered for myself tonight , tomorrow ? I didn’t come and get it in the first place hence the delivery I selected. I said please refund me. He says oh you have to come to the store and get a refund . Make that make sense ! I ordered online, they took my money online but I have to drive to get my refund. I told him that was ridiculous and I would dispute it. He told me to do what I had to do. I then decided to call the corporate number , explained the situation, and she told me that was extremely false, apologized, and low and behold refunded me. Incompetent manager and I will never visit this particular Five guys again. Should be ashamed to treat paying customers that way. Learn your store policies sir or better yet just don’t be a jerk about it.

I am so upset to be writing this review, but I am really frustrated. This is the second time my family has ate from here and something was wrong with the food. I don’t know if it’s a new staff or what but they are going downhill. The first occurrence was one of our burgers not being all the way cooked-causing sickness. As well as the little cheese burger being mostly bread and hardly meat! Second occurrence burger didn’t have all condiments on it. Buns were burnt… burgers didn’t even taste good. Very disappointing.. this stuff isn't cheap we pay too much to be getting mediocre food !
Skyler was the cashier.He was super nice and sweet, and the place looks super clean, the staff is super sweet and attentive, and the food 10/10.

My husband and I wont be back. For the $44.02 is cost us to eat a burger and fries, we could of went to several other dine in restaurants in our area and had a nice served, sit down, evening meal out. Your prices used to be customer friendly. You have now gotten greedy and un affordable. During the Friday lunch hour that we were inside your store there was a group of 3 men, 4 door dashers and us. From 12 to 1 on a Friday this should tell you that you are too expensive.

While the food was hot and correct (reason for the 4 stars), as usual, the fry pricing was confusing. I ordered a little sized Cajun fry and a regular sized regular fry. I paid $1 for the regular so I would expect that I would receive a bigger cup of fries. But, as always, this was not the case. I, then, waited for about 5 minutes to get someone's attention so I could ask about this. It was very busy so I just decided to leave with the food I was given. I would not even comment on this part but it happens every time we order fries. So which one did I pay $1 more for?

Five Guys is the best burger joint around in my opinion. You can pick and choose from a plethora of different toppings at no additional charge (except for bacon). The burgers are always grilled to perfection at every location I've visited. Not to mention that the French Fries are cut fresh on-site daily. Not only are they served fresh and delicious, with the perfect crispiness; but the quantity of them is surreal. A small order is more than enough to satisfy a single diner, whereas a large order is plenty to feed the entire family.
