Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I purchased food here all the time but Today I found Blond strings of hair in my fries. I was too far away to bring it back and plus I was getting ready for work and wouldn’t get off work until 11:00 pm so it was a lost. It will not be my first choice to eat here again. $42 is a lot to spend for lunch and you afraid to eat the rest because of the hair you found in your fries.

We normally love Freddy's but we got really bad fries this time. Very dark and gross. Wondering when you cleaned the fryer and changed the oil??? Nasty.

Food was ok. It’s been better at other Freddys. But really, for 2 children you forget their custard and their drinks? Really? Happy Meals next time. They weren’t loving it….

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I ordered a regular vanilla concrete with M&m’s and a mini vanilla concrete with fudge and caramel. When we finally made it to the window we sat for another 5 minutes before they greeted us. They then handed me our ordered, the concrete with fudge and caramel was the consistency of chocolate milk. I verified that it was a concrete and was told that is how it is, even though the other vanilla concrete was the correct consistency. Guess we won’t be going to Freddy’s for a sweet treat anymore. Needless to say - the chocolate milk was dumped out as soon as I made it home.

Kaiden was who took our order. They were very professional and kind. Will come again

If you value you them getting your order right, your tacos or hot dogs being put together or anything being cleanly do not come her, or any fast food place on this highway, must be something in the water… looking at you Arby’s

If you're in a hurry don't go here. 20 minutes for them to get a original double which is their number one out to me! This is ridiculous

Great experience, my daughter LOVES the worms and mud/dirt sundae. Its ice cream with gummy worms and chocolate crumbles(brownies or Oreos). Most importantly, the service at the drive thru was top notch!

Always messes up my order even getting chili cheese dog, 😭 and always go drive through because you'll be waiting at those stalls for 15 min.

But, food always on point taste wise.
