915 am on Sunday. Biscuit and gravy, biscuit and 2 large hash browns. Worst meal ever. Gravy is so thin. Forgot the extra biscuit had to ask for it. Hash browns were so over cooked. Awful. The new hash brown were just as bad as they were undercooked. And I asked about flash frying and she said no but what she described YES they do. Offered to make it right but honestly I just don’t go back to places who can’t get it right after thst many mistakes.

If I could give a 0, I would. One lady got the whole place scared with the nastiest attitude and worst customer service skills ai have ever seen. I will be reporting to additional sources, as she made my sandwich full of butter after I specifically said, "No butter.." do to health reasons. She's nasty to the employees and the customers. Even has the nerve to talk to her friend outside while customers wait and build up in the drive thru.

This is the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. The food was terrible and cold. The loaded omelette biscuit was nothing but a thin piece of egg with nothing in on a hard biscuit, the sausage and gravy didn’t have any sausage in it and the biscuit is hard and cold. I won’t eat here again. I spent $27 dollars on food that sucked. I should have known better when we were the only ones eating there!

This location has poor management. Today I pull up to be advised of the list of a few items they DO have. Like they just made a handful of sandwiches and that’s what you had to choose from. No carbonated beverages available. This is not the first occasion with major issues. It’s no wonder the parking lot is always empty. Disappointing.

Had to wait for my #1 order to be brought out to me. I don't mind waiting at all, but after my wait my food was not hot - warm at best. However the ladies working were friendly and polite. I realize they were probably the only two people working since we arein this "don't have to work culture".

So we went through drive thru at 11:20 on a Saturday morning and were told that the only things that they had were ham biscuits and french toast sticks. We asked about lunch and we were told that it was not available and would no be for a while because of transition.

Last 2 times at drive through on Saturday morning only a couple of cars in line and was told to wait a minute at order window. After more than 5 minutes each time with cars getting out of line and leaving and having to wait 6 or 7 minutes for order to be taken.

Twice I’ve tried to go here during operating hours and the doors are locked. Drive thru is open but call me old school, I don’t use drive thru’s. No signs on the doors and today it was a rude young lady that motioned a slashing movement across her body (apparently stated the inside was closed) and yelled they were “short staffed”. Customers chose the places they go and now I chose to take my business elsewhere. Thanks!

Breakfast cutoff 11am. Ordered Frisco sandwich at 10:12. We are out. Told them willing to wait. No offer to make it while I waited. Explained I drove quite a distance. Still crickets. Why bother to post a cutoff time for breakfast ?
This place is never open on time. And I’m not talking about a little late. It’s 5:52am right now. They were supposed to open at 5:00am. They still aren’t open. And this is not an unusual occurrence. This is constant. I’m not sure they ever open on time. Normally, they’re only 20-30 minutes late. (What kind of management allows even this?!) But, once a week or so, it’s an hour or more late. Who thinks this is okay?

Went through the drive through tonight for some sandwiches and the food was delicious but not only that, the employees were super sweet and we were even surprised with free cookies. I would definitely recommend this location. 1000/10 in customer service.

The best Hardee's out there. Went at 7 pm on Friday. The staff took their time, made our order correct, everything was fresh, they were nice as well. Great customer service, we were unexpectedly pleased with the great experience we had.

I deliver for DoorDash and Uber eats and would just like to thank Jeneva for always making these orders priority. If I have to wait it’s never a long time. She understands our time is money. The longer we wait the less orders we are getting which ultimately means less money in our pockets. Thank y’all for your hard work I really appreciate you.

The staff here aren't friendly at all and when you pair that with the sub par food it doesn't make a return trip seem worth it.I should've noted the tell tale sign that it was bad by the lack of cars or people I see at any given hour almost everytime I drive by there (which is a lot).I really have nothing more to say about this location other than I won't be returning and I can't in good conscience recommend anyone waste their time going here.
