Food did not look fresh, brisket, ribs looked like leftovers from days ago. Sides like mac n cheese and potato salad don't appear to be homemade but rather purchased. I don't know what it is with bbq resturants around this area but the bbq is awful.

It's a great hole in the wall american style restaurant. The food was affordable, and the portions were gracious. I loved the pickle. Once you get past its mediocre location and so-so environment, it's a nice, working-class meal

Used to come all the time for lunch and it was a great price and great food. The price has gone up, which I understand. However, the quality has gone down. Today the pulled pork was tough, dry and tasted old and reheated. Wife came a few months ago and the brisket was dry and had no flavor. Really hope you go back to fresh meat and better quality.
