I cannot express how much i enjoy going into this location to order now. The management here has improved tremendously i was coming here during covid and i had stopped because how unprofessional and unpleasant this store was. I decided to give this store another shot after a bad experience with another location in Monroe. The store looked very clean, smelt clean, and the service is received was exceptional. My food was delicious! I ordered a 26 and it was so fresh. The cheese was CHEESINNNNN. A+++ to management and staff. You have a loyal customer again

Omg! The ladies were so nice and professional! I'm a silly person and they laughed with me all while making my very complicated order to perfection! I genuinely enjoyed my visit and will be back weekly to see my new friends. Thank you so much

My first time going to jersey mikes was on my birthday at the start of my day and i can say they gave the best service and started my day well . I met the manager Deja who had no problem w my difficult sandwich. I can say whenever i want a sandwich i know where to go

The picture doesn't show all of the brown lettuce because it was taken after they mixed up the lettuce. After we placed our order and they were cutting our meat for our Giant #13, we noticed the lettuce was full of brown pieces. When we asked if they had any fresh lettuce the girl behind the counter said oh it's oxided and ok to eat, then just kinda brushed us off. It didn't look like anything anyone would want to eat. Another man tried picking some of it out, then just mixed it into some that was green in the pan. Ok or not, people eat with their eyes first. We don't care to return to this location. We will consider going to another location.

Went in tonight to get subs for dinner they were out of almost all bread and toppings ordered a giant and they gave me a regular and didn’t even offer to remake it so that it was a giant

i work nearby and this is the main place i find myself most lunch breaks, they always manage to get me in and out as fast as possible even though they’re made to order, not to mention the subs are never a miss for me. way better than cooking
