Ordered delivery tonight from the Loganville Location- unfortunately the wrong food was delivered, no big deal as mistakes happen. Called and was told that I could take a credit for it or come and pick up my order since it was still there. Once I said I would pick it up, I was asked to bring the other food back with me. Once there I was able to get my food and returned the other food. Which they set to the side- however I noticed that they gave me the wrong salad and went back in to get it right- just to see them take the food I just brought back to them and place it on top of the oven where their current orders are stored to keep warm for customers, sorry but once cooked food has left a restaurant it should not be put back to be given out.

As a NY'er I promise you there's nothing New York about the pizza, though it's much better than Dominos or Papa John's.A caveat to newcomers. If you buy the pizza by the pie, you will have a pretty good experience. However if you go in just for a couple of slices, you're going to get a paper thin crust with cheese and some sauce.You literally need about three to four of those slices to make one real NY slice. That's not only expensive but ridiculous. MAKE REAL SLICES FROM A REAL PIE GUYS!In New York pizzerias give you slices that come from a regular if not extra large pie. The slices are exactly the same as if you ordered an entire pie.At this particular Johnny's location, it's a total waste of your money ordering individual slices. I B.S. you not. I was almost insulted when opening the box.Service and atmosphere is great. Nice, friendly staff.

** update on original review. I did receive my refund, funds were deposited 3 days after the incident. Because of my schedule I have not had an opportunity to revisit the restaurant. I assure you that I will call my order in next time and not order online.**Original review:STOP.. do not place an order on line for this location. They are not receiving any online orders but the system takes the money. I was advised by the online system that my order would be ready in 25 minutes.I arrived and waited 10 minutes at the register before I was even acknowledged. This is when I found out that orders were not coming in. They offered to take my order but the wait time was up to 35 minutes by then. Doing the math, that's 1 hour and 10 minutes for 2 pizzas.I said just refund the money. I was then told it would be 3 to 4 days before they could refund my money.

I love this place. Just the smell of garlic and fresh baked pizza is like coming home. I usually sit at the bar and get a slice or two of Johnny's Italian Special pizza and I have never been disappointed. I always tell them that I want it crispy on the bottom and that's how it comes out. Sometimes when I'm with my wife, we'll get the Mediterranean salad with the meat and cheese on top and it's always cold, crunchy, and delicious. They keep a good amount of draft beers on tap and they have wine and liquor as well. They used to only have liquor brands you never heard of and it was pretty bad, but now they have all of the name brands. Much better. Johnny's is a great little place. I know it's a chain, but it feels more like family owned.
First time being here. And food was delicious and the ppl are very friendly will be returning soon.

I’ve been a long time customer of this franchise. However; last night my experience in the Loganville, branch was not less than ridiculous, rude and unprofessional. I came to the store and placed a to-go order that included pizza and chicken wings. Once ready; I headed to my car when I was stopped by the young cashier stating that she needed to ensure the wings order was accurate. Took her about 20 mins to return back to my car with the chicken wings. Once I got home; the pizza was cold and of course; the wings order was incomplete. I called the store to speak with a manager to advise about situation and got to speak with what seemed to be a teen; once I explained what had happened; she said that would get me refund for the wings and just to “go warm up you pizza” and then just hung up the phone on me. The kind of service, problem resolution, and professionalism towards a paying customer, in this instance was absolutely poor. If I wanted a reheated pizza; I would’ve had stuck a frozen pizza in my oven and call it the day. Terrible service

The four of us came tonight and ordered pizzas. The kids sat with us while they waited on their order to go. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. Her name was Kayla. The two servers ran like chickens with their heads cut off. They kept passing each other like they were on a race track. Great teamwork. Every table was full. Both the servers had smiles to each table they went to. Pizza was great. Kudos to management. It is nice to go into an establishment and see servers actually interact with their customers. Majority of the time at other establishments like Chilis, Longhorns they are in a corner texting and they don't give eye contact. We asked for a manager but they had already left. You have an amazing team and that is what every manager dreams about.
