The service here is very sorry when I walked into the restaurant three of the associates were sitting in the lobby. No one acknowledge me as customer this is not the first time I have experienced this and it’s sad to say it’s only because it’s African-Americans that’s running this restaurant. I never experienced this at any other restaurant in Loganville management really needs to do something about this. How can your ratings be a 2.5 I’m surprised they Are still in business

If I could I would put 0 stars I have came to this location twice in different years and both times there customer service is just ridiculous. First time we were told they didn’t sell chicken(during dinner time) okay then the second time the lady over the microphone was terribly rude, offered to come in and order instead she said that was “to much” for me to do as we pulled to the window we greeted with a horrible attitude we were not offered any sauce after asking several times for it. If your employees don’t want to work fine but don’t lose customers over there horrible attitude.

They wouldn't give us water cups. They claim they have no mayonnaise but they have sandwiches with mayonnaise. KFC has been going down hill for a long time and need to close up. I am done with them to many bad experiences in the last few years.

Very disappointed with this location! It's frustrating that they frequently run out of chicken, especially when it's supposed to be their specialty. It's disappointing that such a basic item is consistently unavailable.

I tried to dine in at 11:03 doors were locked so I went to the drive through. The lady was not friendly very rude in fact. I ordered chicken strips and fries she informed me they were out of fries so I ordered cole slaw. I paid and parked in the parking lot to eat looked through the bag no silverware so I drove back around to the window asked if they had silverware and her reply was YES KAREN WE HAVE SILVERWARE would you like one?? Every time she spoke to me she called me Karen. Probably 6 times very unprofessional and uncalled for. I immediately called the corporate office from the parking lot filed my complaint that was on Thursday I called back Friday and was assured someone would call now it’s Monday and still no response from corporate. Very disappointing that they condone such inappropriate behavior from an employee I think she was the manager which is even more alarming.
Horrible experience, I ordered a mobile order and after nearly 1 and a half hours for an order and wasn't even ready 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Will never go again.

The Customer Service here is AWFUL. I went yesterday to get dinner. Trying to order and the staff were talking to each other and I said I’m sorry I can’t hear you. She said do you want anything else, I told her never mind. I said get someone who can run the window and was told to pull my ass around. Then I was shot a bird as I was leaving. As I was leaving they were both yelling profanity thru the intercom. You need decent help there. I will never go there again. Horrible experience!!
