If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered a #7 breast meal at almost 5pm on a Friday night and I ordered an extra breast. The chicken was so old that I couldn't even eat it or pull it off the bone to feed to my cats! Biscuit and cookie old too! This is not the 1st time getting horrible food here! Of course they didn't give me a receipt! Not going back!

Tonight was a really good night at this location. The general manager was on top of everything and made sure things ran smoothly. I’ll gladly wait for fresh chicken any day! Once my order was ready, she made sure I had everything I needed, and the young man working with her was also very helpful. My food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I had 8 piece, pot pie, chicken combos and some side. My family was happy and so am I.

Let me be very clear with yall… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Dirty, no AC, understaffed, unprofessional… literally wasted my time and money! Got there 8:25, was told I needed to order online to get the deal. I pulled over placed the order 8:35. App said 20-30 minutes for order to be ready. Cool, No problem, my kids and I sat in car no issue. 9pm order is ready per the app. I walk in and told it’s actually not ready. So now I’m waiting some more and also very confused bc why say it’s ready when it’s not?! Cashier then comes and said no biscuits what would you like to replace it. Then she comes back and says also no macaroni or any other side for that matter, only mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. Okkkkkkk. I go back in car it’s now 9:35 she brings food to the door. She’s like we gave you mash potatoes and fries. Open the bag, NO GRAVY ON THE MASH POTATOES! whewwww ok yall really trying me now! Drove around she says we’re outta gravy and give me coleslaw. I drove home pissed and irritated. Completely over i! BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE! Open the box of chicken…. Baby this chicken looks Damm near raw and soggy. This is soooooo unacceptable and disrespectful. Yall are really playing with people! Because there’s no way yall thought this was OK! Inedible! Practically raw and disgusting.. 1 hour and 15 minutes later this is what yall served me. Kids still hungry! Ordered 2 large mashed potatoes 2 large macaroni. Received 5 mini gravy less potatoes, some hard fries and some raw chicken! Run me back my money and my time! This is a joke literally because there’s no way you could be serious! Management needs to be a total revamp and restaff bc this is absolutely ridiculous! Several customers and I just waiting waiting waiting and THIS IS WHAT YALL SERVING! No sir no mam unacceptable smh

Absolutely horrible experience. They kept money and refused to give my food. Since I ordered in the app, they told me that's my problem and I need to figure that out. I spent 1 hour and 30 minutes trying to get my food or money. They parked us and told us we could wait 30 minutes or cancel. They never brought the food. They served multiple people after us. When we tried to pick the food up again, we were told it they were closing in 10 minutes and they would not make it for us and she slammed the window in our face and walked off. I debated on calling the police because they stole my money, but I figure loganville PD has enough to do. I complained in the app and they refused to give me money back and told me the store manager would be calling me. So far I have not heard from them. Looks like I may file that police report after all. I was so frustrated after spending 90 minutes being treated like crap and trying to get either my money or food, I was fighting tears on the way home. There is no way this store should be in operation. You can't just steal from people. It's illegal in case you didn't know.

This is the worst restaurant visit that we have experienced. We placed an online order around 8:15 PM. The app said the order is ready for pick up, so we arrived at the restaurant around 8:40. When we arrived for the pick up they told us that it would be another 30 minutes. I went outside to tell my wife and they locked the door. The door sign said they close at 10:00 and it was around 8:45. We waited about 15 minutes and decided to use the drive thru and the rudest person I have ever met told us that it would be another 30 minutes and if we didn't want to wait to cancel the order. We tried cancelling but the app told us that it could not be done as the food was already prepared. We tried to explain this to the rude lady but she would not have it and said that we have to move out of the drive thru because we were blocking it. There was nobody behind us. We asked the lady how to cancel the order and she said she did not know how. We asked for the manager's name and she would not give it. We waited for another 15 minutes and nothing. No food no refund. What an awful experience. We were robbed, insulted. We wasted our time. We kept knocking at the door and they looked away and walk towards the back. KFC, what kind of service is this. It is now 9:40 and we are going somewhere else because of the lack of service, rudeness, and robbery to which we were subjected. BAD KFC BAD.

Getting an order wrong is okay! But getting an order wrong and being nasty to customers isn't. I called to correct my order and was confronted with hostility. We did get what we needed but not before the person attending to the order implied that we were trying to get food for free. The chicken was room temperature and the fries were cold and hard.They taste of old oil She changed the order from 2 small fries to one large and did not disclose it to the person picking up the order. . Good luck getting food from that KFC. NEVER AGAIN!

Came here to finally leave a review & I was shocked at the reviews. Something is off on these reviews. We purposely drive from Snellville every Saturday or Sunday to get dinner here, have done that for over a year. NEVER gotten a bad meal. Ever! NEVER been told there was no chicken. ALWAYS gotten a pot pie! Biscuits are always fresh, chicken is always good, they've never even gotten a single item wrong! We love these folks! Look...you can't eat customer service & drinks are...drinks. These reviews are paid for by Bojangles or something, because this the best chicken in 3 cities, EVERY week. Believe it.

Tried the $7 Fill Up two pieces. Food has been consistent the few times I visited. As a diabetic, I went for the Pepsi Zero Sugar. It was out so I told staff. Was told they had NO Pepsi. I filled my cup with ice and Diet Mountain Dew. I took a sip and meh…! Second sip tasted ‘funny’ so I dumped it. Dispensed a little without ice and tasted. Still ‘off’, and my ‘trust’ meter was going off, so I ended up with just water. Also, the days have been 90°F plus and there was NO air conditioning on….!!!
Fix this place ASAP….!!!

This place is about as bad as a kfc can get. The employees blatantly refuse to make pot pies as every time I've gone they either say they have none, or they have tried giving me one of their signature bowls thinking I wouldn't look in the bag. They are lazy and don't care about their simple job. Shameful place

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! This place should be shut down. From management to staff - NO ONE cares!!! Everyone walks pass you and look at you like you're bothering them! After standing at the counter for what seemed like forever, we were rudely told they didn't have any utensils for us to eat our sides. I see why this place has so many negative reviews. I wish I could've gave ZERO stars!

This KFC needs to be closed down, I’ve gotten the outmost horrible customer service today by a manager she said she was , she was very unprofessional rude and cussing at me as I drove off . So long story short I ordered a meal and pulled up to the drive thru and asked her if I can add a coleslaw to my existing order she told me no that she can’t add anything to my existing order and that I would have to drive back around in the drive tru to place an order for my coleslaw I ask why and she just said she can’t add anything witch is so unheard of and mind you now the parking lot is empty and the drive tru was empty I was the only one in the drive tru .
I went on the drive thru. The experience was very bad The lady there didn't help us she wasn't helpful.
