I usually write a nice review when we go shopping or to a restaurant. The display and selection of items rated a 5. The cleanliness of the store rated a 5. The attitude of the lady behind the fresh seafood counter rated a 0. I averaged the 3 ratings together and came up with a 3. Maybe it was my veteran attire. Many establishments look down on us these days. Maybe it was a bad day for her. Whatever the case, good employees make or break the workplace. My wife noticed her rude demeanor too. We drove all the way from Monroe to shop at this Kroger. I guess we should have gone to the new Publix where we live. The steamer always seems to be broken at this location. Please purchase a new one for your customers. This is the 3rd time the machine was inoperative...no excuses for that! Phil Monroe

Like the fuel point system. Corporate needs to allow the store more help pulling online orders and more help getting it out. The ones doing the job are super friendly and helpful, but on days you have multiplying points of your boost members more help is needed.

Never had a bad experience! Usually well stocked, nice workers. Just be cautious getting ice from here. one time I went and they were cleaning out their ice machine, and it smelt like something died in there. Maybe hadn't cleaned it in several years.

Kroger has become less about the 1 on 1 service interactions and more about a good truck cycle. They almost always have the products I am there for.

After visiting the meat section I realized that they were selling chuck meat as steaks for tomahawk Tbone prices. Over half of the fresh vegetables were bad or going bad. This place is a disaster wrapped in a shiny bow. I purchased items to make a salad. the cucumbers looked felt good but when I cut them, rotted on the inside. Beef tasted off not spoiled but did not taste right. I can't shop here and continue to waste my money on inferior products priced like they are wrapped in 24k gold. Shop around and avoid this over priced walmart quality food. The employees take enough pride in them selves and their job that they run around the store flamboyantly in street clothes taking no pride in their work or the customers they serve.

Alice is an awesome cashier and she is very pleasant and professional every time I come in. The nice young man bagging was Keem and he was very talkative and did an outstanding job. By the way, it possible to stock the shelves at night. Hard to navigate the cart through the isles.

Terrible customer service. Never any cash registers open. Ordered a pickup and waited 45min for them to tell me they were running behind & to come back in an hour. They never called or texted to tell me that they were not going to be able to fill my pickup order-Was on the phone with Customer Support at 9pm just to get a refund.

This location is 24/7. The Sushi is made fresh and delicious. Barring a mad rush on the store, the shelves are always well stocked. Produce,bakery, seafood, deli and meats always fresh. Lastly no long wait times in line. UPDATE Of course since the "pandemic" there are no more 24 hr stores but this one is open from 6 AM - 11 PM.
Kroger is the best for groceries? We always check their app for savings in store & the extra fuel points can add up to $1 off gas ⛽? The produce is fabulous & their pharmacy is spot on ? Try delivery if available or the pick up service - AWESOME!✨

The store itself is great. Checking out through self checkout is another story. The attendant had to come over 4 times to make the machine work. It did not like produce. Then it would not accept my digital coupons even though I have an account. The person at the next register had the same problem with the digital coupons. This is not the first time. I did not get the discount. Very frustrating
