If a customer has an email stating an order is ready, the people working the counter need to look for it!! It may be on the bottom of the stack, which we discovered mine was after waiting 10 minutes.
A friend of mine has a holiday tradition of having Monkey Bread for Christmas breakfast. She couldn't find biscuits anywhere, and Marco's sold her enough pizza dough to make her Monkey Bread-and it turned out better than with biscuits! Way to go Marco's.
