I didn’t even get the opportunity to order the food as the management rubbed me the wrong way. My child attends tutoring in the same plaza as the Marcos in Loganville off Atlanta Hwy. They have dine in, carry out options so I decided it’ll be good to grab dinner for us. I am 8 months pregnant and really had to urinate so I walk in and the man was speaking with a customer. I began heading back towards the back area near dine in. The man ask ma’am can I help you? I state I need to use the restroom first he says no restroom. I replied you have dine in but no restroom ok. I feel he just felt I wasn’t a customer so he didn’t want me using the restroom. Many establishments would have a sign either stating no restrooms or restrooms for customers only which can be respected. I kindly went next door to Spice Wing and walked the same way and was welcomed in, we ordered dinner there instead. I was surprised they had funnel cake fries and they were delicious!

I had a very horrible experience at this location this evening and I do not plan on patronizing this location again. Let me start with saying I visit this location often as it is the closest to my home. Unfortunately, this was not my first incident with this staff member who I have now found out this evening that he is a manager at this location. He’s black with thinning dreads. He would not give me his name. The first incident happened a couple of months ago. I came in to place an order, and he was sitting down chilling in one of the booths in the dining area. After I placed my order, I saw him get up and go into the kitchen area to start preparing my pizza, along with others. He did not wash/sanitize his hands before he started to prepare the pizza. Nor did he put on any gloves. I mentioned the gloves because other visits to this location, I always saw the cooks have on gloves as they prepared the orders. I asked if that was my pizza that he was starting and he aggressively said ā€œNo! There are 3 orders before yours!ā€ The young lady that took my order looked in shock from his tone. I then asked if she could cancel my order in which she did. I attempted to write a complaint but as I experienced tonight, there is an error message that comes up on the website when you try to submit the complaint.

On this occasion, I came in with my 3yr old daughter and attempted to place my order. The young lady must have been new because she did not know how to apply my phone number to the order so that I can earn my reward points. As I was explaining to her that normally they apply it at the beginning of the order, he comes over and rudely tells her to press the red button to cancel the order to start over. She looked so nervous and embarrassed. After she cleared the order he looks at me and says ā€œGive me your number!!ā€ I pause for a second because in my head I’m saying I know he is not talking to me like this, especially with my baby in my arms. So I say ā€œthat’s not how you should askā€ He then gets loud saying ā€œOmg! I don’t have time for this! As all his staff members look at me in shock. He then yells ā€œCan I have your number?! I tell him no, not with you being rude and unprofessional to me. He then walks off. I thank the young lady for trying her best to assist me and says to him that I am making sure that I file a compliant! He then proceeds to say he doesn’t care and to get out of his store! As he’s saying that he picks up the phone and calls the police. I told him good, call the police, I’ll wait outside for them. My toddler is now frightened and shaking in my arms. As I’m walking to my car he comes out in the door and yells to the other staff members ā€œCome look at this ya’ll!ā€ The staff must have known he was in the wrong because not one of them came to the doorway. I put my baby in the car and was going to wait outside my car for the police to come but my baby is now crying at this point and I didn’t want to frighten her more after that exchange so I consoled her and pulled off. His behavior is unacceptable! I am hoping that someone from corporate sees this and takes whatever action seems fit for this incident. He should not be leading a team behaving the way that he does! He’s very rude and unprofessional. And let me not forget, it’s very unsanitary how he handles customers food. I will not be returning to this location ever again!

Dont order delivery from here. They take forever! Pizza always late and cold. I only live 2 miles away and minimum takes them an hour and a half to deliver. When next door papa johns does it in under 30 min.

The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes while employees just ignored me—no greeting, no ā€œwe’ll be right with you,ā€ nothing. When someone finally acknowledged me, they acted like I was bothering them. No eye contact, no friendliness, just a rushed, dismissive attitude. I asked a simple question about my order and got a sarcastic response. It felt like they couldn’t care less about helping customers. There was zero professionalism or courtesy. The food is good, which I guess it what matters.

The service is and has been sub-par. The manager on duty has no control of or respect from his employees. They sit in the customer booths and play on their phones. A female worker had just walked in for her shift, earbuds in, on a call. She goes behind the counter for about 30 seconds and then proceeds to join the others, sitting at a booth. There were two (visible) workers actually making the orders. The manager tries to be their friend, not their boss.

The manager was telling one of the employees to go make a deal with a neighboring business to trade food.

As a customer, there is nowhere to sit to dine in. There are boxes and supplies laid out on most of the tables. The soda foundation isn't functional and hasn't been since 2020. This is not an inviting place.

This used to be a nice establishment to eat at. The dining room used to be full of patrons. Well, this is no longer the case. Management needs to be trained or removed. The staff is lazy. If I were the owner of this establishment, I'd be worried.

The food is ok but the place looks dated and a bit run down. The staff is super friendly but I would likely not return . The salads are premade and the cheezy bread is flavorless.

As an employee here, I found this store to be welcoming to individuals with disabilities. They also respect sick days and don’t make you feel bad about taking a sick day or two. As a customer, I can say the food is great because our dough is made fresh every single day, unlike many competitors. We take pride in our customers' satisfaction and in our products.

COULDN'T EVEN PLACE AN ORDER. I called on a Sunday afternoon to order a large pizza and was told to call back in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes called back and was immediately put on hold for another 10 minutes. Employee answered (refused to give a name then claimed they are the supervisor on staff for the day and hung up) asked carry out or delivery. Asked if they delivery where I was and atm was at the whitts hotel(right across the street). I was asked for the address so I looked it up as I was they where yelling for my number so I gave them my number then was yelled at again saying not my number the hotels number. Then after all that was finally able to ask about the specials and mentioned a commercial I saw and was interested in. I then was told I wasted thier time because it's an online special was cussed out and hung up on. Had my FiancƩ call back for me to get a name and he was also yelled at and hung up on. EXTREMELY rude and truly was a waste of time. SMH. Worst experience ever!-100/10
