Don’t go to this Marcos pizza, go to another one if you have too. The food here is flavorless and they don’t cook the pizzas right. They’re not very sanitary at all and the dough is never cooked all the way. It’s a reoccurring thing I decided to just stop coming here.

I usually don't have a problem with the pizza, but this particular night, I called in for a delivery and an unprofessional guy answered, I gave my order and I stated that I would pay with a credit card, well he could not get my card number right, he expected me to give him my number a 3rd time... I said oh we're not doing this...I hung up the phone.

Ordered 2 hrs, only to find out that there is no driver available. I was told to pickup and I will get a discount, when I got there the person in charged said that there is no discount. I think this is un acceptable. I left it and walk out.
Ridiculous for a regular customer….. that was my last order… Pizza Hut or domino’s would have given it for free….

Young girl working behind the counter was eating cinnasquares with her hands and mouth was so full that she couldn’t even greet me. Manager was lounging in the dinning room reading a paper. The pizza bowl I ordered is 1/2 the size this time and no longer have lids. Moving forward I will take my business elsewhere! What a shame!SMH

Ordered and an hour and half later a cold plastic like pizza arrived. I called 20 minutes past the delivery time , according to the app. Spoke to Tiffany who said she was the manager. Said app time is not reliable. She kept saying it's 5 minutes away. Was rude and disrespectful.

Pizza is always delicious. This store would not deliver to me 1 hour before closing. Said it was a rule, but I'm sorry I don't believe this. Wound up going through a delivery service that picked up my pizza for me. I sense nothing more than employees wanting to go home. I'll give them another chance.

Omg this place is awful. They I repeat they messed up my pizza. Then They got an attitude with me when I asked them to remake it. Sorry you can’t read your own tickets. Never again you lost a customer for life Omg and as sit here waiting they show me my new pizza and it is wrong. The guy looks at me and says you don’t want this one? Omg and now a 3 rd time they can’t get it right. The ticket clearly says GREEN OLIVES. ON ONE HALF OF THE PIZZA. THESE people are so stupid even the MANAGER CANT READ. then go and bash me.

This location we have been living at our address for the last 8 years we use this location all of the time whenever we have contact list delivery they ring the doorbell or knock on the door to use doordash I called the store after waiting for over an hour for the delivery to be told that the food was on the way when I spoke with the manager he said that the food was already delivered because we requested contact list delivery no one ever no one ever rung the doorbell or knocked on the door to let us know that the food was outside if I wanted to order through doordash doordash would have given me a notification that the food had been delivered for me to pick it up and I called the store and the location to let them know that the food have been sitting outside for so long there's now ants infested infested in my food the manager has refused to refund or replace the pizza I understand the term of contactless delivery however you are supposed to notify the customer that the food is being delivered like doordash normally does

Visited this Marcos with my kids after a 7 hour road trip. We were not far from home. We decided to stop and get pizza. There was already a customer at the counter with a complaint.. My pizza was hot and made to order, and it was good. But I gave it a 1 star because of the rap, curse filled music that was being played not only for my young kids to hear but ALLLLL the customers. Not a great atmosphere. Not great service. Food was good though. I'll go to another Marcos next time. Thank you.

I didn’t even get the opportunity to order the food as the management rubbed me the wrong way. My child attends tutoring in the same plaza as the Marcos in Loganville off Atlanta Hwy. They have dine in, carry out options so I decided it’ll be good to grab dinner for us. I am 8 months pregnant and really had to urinate so I walk in and the man was speaking with a customer. I began heading back towards the back area near dine in. The man ask ma’am can I help you? I state I need to use the restroom first he says no restroom. I replied you have dine in but no restroom ok. I feel he just felt I wasn’t a customer so he didn’t want me using the restroom. Many establishments would have a sign either stating no restrooms or restrooms for customers only which can be respected. I kindly went next door to Spice Wing and walked the same way and was welcomed in, we ordered dinner there instead. I was surprised they had funnel cake fries and they were delicious!
