Pizza is always delicious. This store would not deliver to me 1 hour before closing. Said it was a rule, but I'm sorry I don't believe this. Wound up going through a delivery service that picked up my pizza for me. I sense nothing more than employees wanting to go home. I'll give them another chance.

The customer service at this place is absolutely terrible. I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes while employees just ignored me—no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. When someone finally acknowledged me, they acted like I was bothering them. No eye contact, no friendliness, just a rushed, dismissive attitude. I asked a simple question about my order and got a sarcastic response. It felt like they couldn’t care less about helping customers....
